Great location. Beautiful sea view . We will definitely come again.

Lovely location, very clean and welcoming. Fortunately there were heaters as we experienced an extremely wet and cold storm.

We had a wonderful stay while traveling the Camino. The town is so beautiful and David’s place is right in the middle of it all. Close to church and grocery and restaurants and the beach. He was a wonderful host.

Maria’s place was fabulous, she communicated well in advance advising that she couldn’t meet us but arranged a friend to see us in her apartment. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood which we love. After sightseeing in the Porto this retreat was worth coming to. Walking distance to the waterfront which on our first night we got to see a fantastic sunset. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, thank you so much for Nescafé pods. I enjoyed my quiet time enjoying my cup of coffee with an ocean view. Amenities were all walking distance, pastries, groceries, and restaurants. Thank you Maria, if in the Porto will come back and advise friends and family of your apartment.

Zona sossegada com dunas e mar à vista, uma ótima cama e um ótimo chuveiro, foram elementos fundamentais da nossa experiência neste apartamento. O mais desagradável foi a comunicação com o responsáveis do alojamento: todas as pessoas com quem troquei mensagens foram gentis e diligentes a responder mas o facto de nos remeterem para um site a pedir mais dados e mais procedimentos (além daqueles previstos aqui no Airbnb) deixou-me irritado e frustrado. Neste processo de troca de mensagens tive de fazer o que considero um esforço desproporcional para uma simples reserva. A bem dos próximos hóspedes, espero que possam melhorar na simplificação do processo! Agradeço a flexibilidade e amabilidade que tiveram no check-in e no check-out!

J’ai réservé ce logement pour ma mère, elle a apprécié le logement et l’aide des hôtes pour le transfert depuis / vers l’aéroport.

Appartement sympathique et bien aménagé.le lit est très confortable. Deux belles terrasses permettant de profiter de l’ombre ou du soleil toute la journée. Belle vue sur mer avec de magnifiques couchés de soleil. Il y a des commerces et restaurants à proximité, nous avons cependant loué une voiture car les trajets en bus sont assez long si vous souhaitez élargir vos visites.

Petite maison agencée avec goût, et toute équipée. Une petite attention de l'hôte vous attend en cuisine. Sa situation est idéale pour un accès entre la plage, le vieux centre, le spot de surf et de pêche de Matosinhos. Le quartier est calme mais tout y est, supérette, bars, salons de thé, restaux... Il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour. Petit bémol toute fois par l'humidité et sa petite odeur dans la pièce du bas, à part ça tout est top. Nous reviendrons volontiers en espérant avoir un temps plus clément et pouvoir profiter plus pleinement de la petite terrasse privative.

Des hôtes d’une très grande gentillesse avec des attentions touchantes pour les voyageurs, la communication est fluide, très souriante et sympathique. Le gîte est très propre , bien équipé et correspond totalement aux photos. Nous avons utilisés les bus, train et uber pour nos déplacements ( courses et visites) . Je recommande chaleureusement !

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Tage am Strand verbracht. Am 1. November aufgrund der Temperaturen von etwa 20 Grad noch im Atlantik zu Baden wird uns natürlich unvergesslich bleiben. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über eine kleine E-Heizung, was in den Morgenstunden auch sehr nützlich war. Der Ort liegt abseits vom Trubel, trotzdem sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehweite. Unser Guest hat auch alle Anfragen prompt erledigt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Marco, idéalement situé face à la mer, à proximité des restaurants et des transports. L’appartement, spacieux et lumineux grâce à sa belle hauteur sous plafond, offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un grand merci à Marco pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieuses recommandations. C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai.

We spent a lovely week at Elisa and Andrés beachfront Airbnb. Communication was flawless and we were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Portugese wine which was a nice touch. Once checked in, we had a slight issue with the loud noise coming from the pool pump and Elisa responded within minutes, sending her Father around to check it for us. Location-wise, we chose this because it is right on the beach and it really is. You can hear the ocean from inside and see it from the windows. On a clear night the Sunset is sensational. Elisa was super flexible with our check-in and check-out times, offering both an early check-in and later check-out to accommodate our travel plans which we were super thankful for. All in all, a great trip, can highly recommend!

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it! The location is super chill, just a walk to the beach and the grocery store, and only a 5-minute drive to restaurants in the village. The house is in a quiet area with a few neighbors around, but it’s peaceful and all you hear in the morning are the birds. The backyard is a great spot to hang out, though unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side, it rained, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. The house got a bit cold at night, and while there’s a heater in the living room, it would be awesome to have one in the bedrooms too for extra coziness on chilly nights. One suggestion: it would be amazing to have a BBQ in the backyard. I love grilling and that would be a great addition! Overall, a lovely stay in a great spot. Would definitely come back, especially in sunnier weather!

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, wobei man am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen gehen kann. Das Treiben auf der Promenade geht manchmal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

A real gem with great view!!! The apartment is very comfortable with a great view of the river and two bridges. The location is superb - a short walking distance from Sao Bento train station and we walked to all the main attractions. We stayed for a week and cooked some of our meals. The kitchen has everything you need. The washer and dryer were a big help as we were on a few weeks trip. The private parking is also a great advantage if you arrive with a car (which you don't need in Porto). The host is great - a lovely person. answers quickly and very helpful. When we return to beautiful Porto we would love to stay there again.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

My husband and I had a relaxing and wonderful stay at the Bright & Airy designed Home at Matosinhos. Friederike and Jon Audun were great hosts! They were very responsive, easy to get a hold of and flexible. The space itself is beautifully designed, comfortable and cozy. The apartment is in walking distance to great restaurants and to the beach. It was very clean, neat with nice linens and great WiFi. Easy to find. Private & quiet. We definitely will remember this host for any future visits.

Pro‘s: -Der Blick ist phänomenal!! -Die Lage ist praktisch und zentral (Bus- und Metrohaltestellen in der Nähe) -Großes Schlafzimmer (ebenfalls schöner Blick!) -Genug Platz -in der Küche soweit alles da was man braucht (ein zweiter Topf wäre schön) -Alles war sauber -Es gibt einen Aufzug (Wohnung ist in der 7. Etage) Cons: -Die Lüftung im Bad geht automatisch an am Nachmittag und schaltet sich erst am nächsten Morgen wieder ab. Sie ist sehr laut und wirkt dreckig, außerdem verströmt sie einen unangenehmen Geruch wenn sie läuft. Man sollte die Badtür immer zum Lüften offen haben. -Keine Spülmaschine -Große und laute Baustelle um die Ecke Insgesamt hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt und habe mich wohl gefühlt!

Bardzo mile mieszkanie dla 2 osób, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami - ręczniki, szampon, mydlo, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo mily i pomocny gospodarz, pokazal nam na mapie Porto miejsa warte zwiedzenia, na bieząco odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania - bardzo dobry kontakt. Mieszkanie polożone 500 m od plaży., w bardzo dobrym punkcie komunikacyjnym ( metro, autobusy ) Bardzo polecam .

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und es gab reichlich Platz zum Entfalten. Das Ambiente ist eher zweckmäßig und nicht besonders heimelig aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man ist dort privat untergebracht, aber auch anonym. Kontakte knüpfen wird man dort eher nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine wäscht gut. Der WLAN Router befindet sich in der Unterkunft und das Internet ist schnell. Besonders gut fand ich die große Schiebewand mit der man den Wohnbereich gut vor Sonne schützen kann. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Strand, wobei die Gastronomie in der Umgebung wenig Anwechslung bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 15-20 min erreichbar. Man hat ja schließlich Urlaub und reichlich Zeit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war ihr Geld absolut wert. Vielen Dank

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

El apartamento es tal y como se describe en la aplicación , con habitaciones amplias , exteriores y muy bien equipado tanto en el menaje de cocina, como en los baños o habitaciones. La terraza excelente y muy bien euipada para comer o simplemente relajarse con las vistas que dispone. Solo un pero, se necesita coche para bajar al centro o disponer de buenas piernas 🦵ya que hay mucha pendiente. Montse , la propietaria, una atención extraordinaria .
