Monthly Rentals in Fanning Springs

Cynthia and Danny were so sweet and accommodating. They left us eggs and butter and some various condiments, and the cottage had many thoughtful amenities. Her listing was correct in saying that, being in the country, the satellite internet is not always 100% reliable, and critters are ever-present, but we were prepared for these things since she told us about them. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog and she loved the company of Cynthia’s three farm dogs!

This was a work stay for four of us for a week. The cabin and surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for. It provided such a nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the family style decor, which just made us feel so welcome. If you love a good bathtub soak they have a wonderful, big cast iron, claw foot tub. Thanks Bina!

Laura was an excellent host!! Thankfully she had the availability to shift our stay by 1 day. Everything went so smoothly at check-in, no problems there! Don’t worry about carrying everything up those stairs; there is a dumb waiter to help bring up all the many things, you of course, won’t really need. lol Laura’s home was wonderfully decorated and she supplies all the useful items that you will need. Everything was clean and comfortable! Made our sister weekend very enjoyable!!

A Truly Magical Farm Retreat Our stay at this farm was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the peaceful beauty of the land. We spent our evening swinging beneath massive oaks, gazing up at a sky full of stars — completely unobstructed by light pollution. It truly felt like being a kid again. Waking up to the rooster crowing and seeing the cows and horses roaming the fields at sunrise and watching them again at sunset was breathtaking. The hosts were absolutely phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and full of love for their land and each other. The hayride tour of the farm was a highlight and such a memorable experience. The energy of the place, the kindness of the family, the proximity to the springs, and the charm of the entire property made this the perfect retreat. We can’t wait to come back!
