Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in False Bay

We enjoyed staying at Alison’s place - it was a perfect location for the cricket, with a great view onto the ground from the balcony. The place was secure, with Face ID required to enter the lift, which was set up by security on arrival. The place itself was well stocked with amenities, having everything that we needed for our stay. The rooftop pool and gym was a bonus, with incredible views from up there. Contact with the host was simple and clear. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Newlands area.

Luisa was quick to respond and was there for me immediately. I sent a message around 7pm to stay at her Airbnb and I was able to get in the same evening! She was waiting for me at the property. Luisa is friendly, communicates clearly and is always available. The accommodation is nice, is a nice distance from important places and was very clean. I would recommend staying here if you are in Cape Town!! The pool is also a delightful addition and the security staff is very friendly.

Nice big and clean apartment (I would even say very clean, compared to my other experiences in Cape Town). Secure building with fingerprint access. Very central: park, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. No loadshedding. Minor downsides: busy road (with closed windows it’s OK), shared washing machine (one per to apartments). Overall impression was good, would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

I had a great stay at Maddy's AirBNB recently. Easy to find, beautiful views, and the security and cleaning staff for very friendly. She was always responsive and provided clear instructions. Two minor negatives, on very hot days (35+) the lack of aircon is a bit of a problem due to the afternoon sun, but the provided fan does help. Also, the TV is quite small for the space and it doesn't support casting from your phone.

I was unfortunately not able to stay at Marius' place this time, due to an unforeseen emergency. I have however stayed in a few places of this host in the past, and can say that the stays and the host have never disappointed. They were very understanding of my situation, on short notice.

We spent a week at Emmanuel's place. It was a work and leisure holiday for us. The apartment was just perfect - felt like home, plenty of space for the two of us, centrally located within the city, very secure, access to pool and gym and a Food Lovers Shop on the ground floor. Best of all we loved the high speed internet connection offered as part of the property. It was truly super fast connectivity. For those internet speed conscious guests, we consistently got around 700mbps down and 650 up. The apartment was exactly as described. Emanuel was super helpful and very friendly. Next time we visit Cape Town this will be the place for us.

Great Air bnb central enough to the waterfront and short walk from a luggage storage place and restaurants and bars! Super friendly and responsive host, gave detailed instructions and was easily contactable.

Liz’s place was spectacular in every way. Beautiful space, great location, immaculately clean, really just perfect in every way. We all remarked that we could easily live here. But even more impressive was how responsive and caring Liz was months before we arrived, from helping us with our itineraries, to making recommendations & even arranging a driver for airport transfers & day trips to wine country and the Cape of Good Hope. She was an amazing super super host! And special shout out to our driver/tour guide “Zee” from ATS who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Loved our 5 day stay in Cape Town & would definitely stay here again when we come back!

This house and Host Tanya were wonderful. It was perfect for my little boy who loved the jungle gym and the cupboard loaded with toys. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment you would need and a decent knife. Linen is clean and lovely along with Bathrooms all spacious and lovely. The out door area is perfect for dinners and relaxing. I would definitely come back. Thank you for having us

First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

The accommodation and my entire stay was just perfect! Beautiful house in the best location in all of Cape Town. A wonderful cleaning lady Winnie and above all two wonderful hosts who take care of everything and are always there when you need something. I had no problems with power outages and the internet was always available, which was important for me and my work. Thank you Paul and Christa for letting me be your guest!

This is an AirBnB with a little something extra! Every detail is thought out and it really is a perfect place to unwind and spend some time away from the city. We kayaked, walked around the nature reserve, fished (badly), drank amazing coffee on their jetty and wandered around Muizenberg. There's even a hot tub :) The hosts, David and Maya, are super helpful with tons of recommendations, flexible and quick to respond. What an amazing house. You have everything there especially the swimming pool. my kids were in the pool half of the time. Lots of amenities like pizza oven and huge braai area.

I had an amazing stay! The host is fantastic, always attentive and very easy to reach at any time of the day. The house was super clean and incredibly comfortable. There's also a property manager on site who takes great care of both the guests and the property, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend!
