Lovely place to stay, very nice and helpful host/owner. Would stay here again and woukd recommend to any friends and family.

The house was in a good position for touring the Wolds. It was warm and comfortable for our 3 day stay.

We loved Clare's beautiful cottage. Well equipped with everything you could need, and handy extras like a dog bed for our dog. Clare was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

The cottage is beautiful with two different seating areas and the private garden, which was large enough for our 8 yr old to run around! There were great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, a woodstove with logs (although we didn't use this as it was summer) and a BBQ, which we did use and was great. The only thing to be wary of is that as a cottage, it has low ceilings and beams, so taller people have to be careful. In particular, the shower is low and I had to crouch slightly to wash my hair (I'm 5'9"). However, once you've got used to this, it is part of the charm and character of the cottage! This area is well located for exploring the Wolds and we also had a great day at nearby Wild Pines doing archery and high ropes! I would highly recommend this cottage as a cosy and well-equipped place.

We had a lovely time staying at the cottage! It was very clean, tidy and it provided a good base from which to explore both Lincoln as well as the coast. Would definitely recommend!

The Retreat was clean and looked exactly like the images. It had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend staying here to everyone!

The home is stunning, meticulously cleaned and kitted out. The space and hosts were welcoming and very attentive prior to check in. The property sits on beautiful grounds complete with farmyard friends. The hosts could not do enough for us and was only a phone call away if there were any issues (we were fine). Spent most of our time at the outdoor bar which is a fantastic asset to the listing. The house feels like a yard is with multiple rooms for a number of guests that suited us perfectly. The cinema room was a very nice touch and led to a group showing of Rocky Horror. We also enjoyed the log burner in the sitting area later into the evenings. This property is fantastic and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Tony and team.
