Monthly Rentals in Fairbanks Township

Jeremy’s place was clean, cute, and close to the lake and Ludington Park. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities that we needed were provided. He was very responsive in his communication and allowed us an early check-in so we could attend two funerals. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome spot! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week with our pup and loved it! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great area for fishing, hiking, and kayaking. Garden is a very small town which is exactly what we were looking for but others should take note and plan ahead for food/fuel. Michelle was helpful with directions to kayak launch and fishing spots. Actual space was as described and clean. We look forward to booking this space again in the future!

It was a great stay with Sommer and Russell at Beck Plaza this winter. The hosts were very accommodating, the space had everything I needed to settle in for several weeks, and the location was super convenient right on Ludington in Escanaba, just a short walk away from restaurants. I would recommend these hosts to anyone else looking to check out the Escanaba area.

“Home Away From Home” is an accurate description. Upon walking in we felt right at home. The house is cozy and charming, and Lori made it such a welcoming space for our Christmas stay. With my siblings and in-laws visiting my parents, we can’t all fit in my parents’ house. We needed the space and this was perfect. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again in the future. Lori was great about communicating and responding. Overall, a great host and a great stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming home in a quiet and accessible neighborhood. 10/10.
