Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fairbanks North Star Borough

Barbara and Rick were incredible hosts. We had a group of 7, with a few of us arriving later in the weekend, and they accommodated us so graciously. We were able to rent some of their vehicles for our treks to Chena Hot Springs and dog sledding. Rick even pulled out some of us from a ditch when we were stuck. Rick made amazing breakfasts ever.single.day. Barbara always made sure we had what we needed, that we were comfortable, and gave us so many recommendations. All of us felt cozy and relaxed. The decor was marvelous, heated floors definitely a plus, and tv’s in every room. Most of us had never been to Alaska before and this was a fantastic first experience. Barb even got up with us around the 1:30am the morning we left to make sure we had pics of the Northern Lights - and we saw them in person! Thank you for a truly remarkable stay. We are grateful to have experienced your hospitality and warmth!

This was the perfect location for a secluded place to stay while also being close enough to town!

The stay was absolutely wonderful, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect an enchanting Alaskan theme, from the décor, to the utensils and everything is absolutely perfect. The space was immaculately clean and exceptionally well-stocked, offering everything you could possibly need, including a full array of cooking supplies and spices—perfect for preparing meals while on vacation. Kathie was an outstandingly attentive host, providing fresh eggs and a delightful welcome gift that added a personal touch. A heartfelt thank you to Kathie and Mark for creating such a remarkable and memorable experience! We drank up a lot of hot cocoa and enjoyed this winter wonderland sitting by the fireplace. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful cabin and great location, is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, the cabin was clean and neat and very cozy. We found everything we needed to feel at home. We could see the aurora borealis from the bedroom window It was amazing! My family loved the place, we didn't want to leave, and we're already thinking on coming back. Great place!

Such a beautiful and comfortable place and beautiful area. Very quiet, peaceful and calming after a nice day out in the cold! Alicia is wonderful and any questions or needs that we had, she replied quickly. I stayed here with my niece, her husband and their 9 year old daughter and everyone loved it (nice and comfy 3 bedrooms!) and they loved the hot tub! Close enough to many things (ie dog sledding, reindeer walk, restaurants, etc) and the drive to here was always beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Alicia!

A cute place where you can see Aurora at the back of the house. The password lock didn’t work well but Barbara left a key to us. Really helpful. You can take showers inside and do simple cook.

Easy to pass during the day when first arriving if you don’t have an eye out but at night the reflective marks standout. It’s a beautiful home with an amazing view that’s better than advertised.

My husband and I and our 2 dog, had such a pleaseee welcomed stay at Brendan's airbnb. Breakfast was aweosme to have hot tub was amazing, looking at aurora lights! Dream come true, him and his wife are very nice and very helpful, would definitely stay again!

This new and modern cabin was perfect for our overnight stay! It was spotless, extremely new, and warm despite the snow outside. Perched at the top of a hill overlooking the trees made it feel private. It was out of the main town, quiet, and prime for aurora borealis. Unfortunately we arrived on the first day of heavy snow, so visibility was little to none. It’s on the pricey side for the space so you take a gamble for the view — but if it’s clear skies — it’d definitely be worth it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again (hopefully with clearer skies). Shoutout to Mary Kate for the snow brush!
