The house is located right by the sea and has a large terrace with a swimming pool during summer. Walking distance to bathing area, water park/gym, grocery store and Tønsberg center. The rental part is 250 sqm, high standard. There is a apartment on the ground floor, does not come with a rental part. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Child-friendly home with various opportunities for activities inside and out. 10 min walk to Tønsberg city. Short way to Tjøme and the end of the world. Pets can be included by agreement. Separate living room/TV living room.

Holiday idyll in the heart of Vestfoldskjærgården! The property is idyllically located in the first row along the sea with its own shoreline and jetty There is also a public beach in the street (about 100 m from the house). The house is located about a 15 min drive from both Sandefjord and Tønsberg, and is the perfect starting point for exploring Vestfold. The house itself is family friendly with three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a bedroom in the basement. A total of 7 beds and possibility for an additional 4 seats on inflatable mattresses.

New apartment from 2022 at Brygga in Tønsberg. with walking distance to everything Tønsberg Brygge has to offer. There is a large terrace with views to the city beach and the city fjord. Large parking outside the apartment building for a fee. Close proximity to everything Tønsberg has to offer. Only 3 minutes to the pier in Tønsberg and Sjøen you will find 30 meters from the terrace if morning bath should tempt. - 10 min walk to shopping center and train/bus - 3 min walk to the pier and nightlife - 1 min walk to Bystrand and Bypark
