Small and nice!

The property is located in the "guesthouse Mörtl", a house from the 60s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes walk away, turquoise blue, with a wonderful mountain panorama. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has direct access to the garden with mountain view. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The surrounding area invites you to numerous activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

The place was very nice and the location was great right on Lake Faak. At the top of the hill you have a great view. Christian was very friendly and everything worked out without any problems!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment of Andrea and her family. The apartment is very quiet and Lake Faak and Lake Aichwaldsee are easily accessible via hiking trails. In addition, the area is well suited for longer hikes. The apartment itself is very cozy and wonderfully equipped. If we had any questions, Andrea got back to us within a very short time and also gave us very valuable tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the stay at any time :)

Wonderful... everything well maintained, clean and priceless view... we had a great time and will definitely be back next year... a shout out to Martin's mom who was very good and kindly hosted us... see you next year maybe even in Pravera. hello

Patricia was very helpful and kind! There were 5 of us and we had a great time, the house is 70s style but has everything you need, the outside is a large garden with a ping pong table, swing and lounger, there is also a porch where you can eat outside! Everything was clean and tidy, the only thing was the bathroom was a little uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and therefore uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect! There was also a dishwasher and a washing machine! Really everything you needed to feel at home

Despite late arrival due to the start of the Easter holidays, the host was on site and explained everything necessary in her nice way. Apartment is superbly equipped and the bathroom is a highlight. Very very nice and understanding hostess. The location is a dream in the immediate vicinity of Lake Faak and Villach. Can only give 5 stars out of 5 possible. Would love to book again and highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍
