Brand new cabin. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Sun from morning to evening. There is also an electric car charger in the cabin(charging for an additional fee). The cabin is located in scenic and quiet surroundings where you have a lovely view of Bjørndalsvatnet and the surroundings. There are other cabins in the nearby area, but it still almost feels like being by yourself here as there is plenty of space around the cabin. Fully unmanaged for self-catering. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels(can be rented if desired)

The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

The house is undisturbed in a quiet residential area with Mineralpark, with climbing and water park, as well as a beach within walking distance from the residence. Evje city center with dining and shopping opportunities is about 5 minutes by car, Troll activity park with, among other things, rafting, bike trails, etc. about 15 minutes away. Lots of nice hiking opportunities! 1 hour to Kristiansand, 1 1/2 hours to Hovden. Welcome!

Cozy and idyllic cottage with a large fenced plot in a quiet cottage area near the forest with good hiking opportunities, fresh water with nice shallow beaches for swimming and fishing in Haukomvannet, a short walk away. Here you wake up refreshed to the sounds of nature in the morning, and can often enjoy the view of grazing deer in the outside of the bedroom with the coffee cup on the bed. Rural, and super central to Evje city center. Child friendly with play hut, swing set, trampoline, ball bouncer. Large lawn for play. Hot tub and swimming pool (May-September) Several seats outside and dining area right by the river edge. Several sup boards available and good swimming spots. Several spaces with fire pits available. Evje city center is 350 meters away. You are sheltered and feel the space is rural and for yourself.
