Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

This was a great condo - spacious and had everything we needed. Very close to sugarloaf base camp - about a half mile so also easy to walk. Would stay again and would recommend!

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit, such great touches for a relaxing stay. The space had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay again in the future if welcomed back!

We loved our stay at the mountain house! it really felt like home. Kyllan and Beth thought of everything! From the welcome book, fully stocked game room, pantry, and kitchen to the small touches that made our stay comfortable and welcoming (bathroom signs and other fun decorations). We are all looking forward to our next stay there!

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely amazing—offering a pure connection with nature. It was very spacious, spotless clean, and perfectly maintained. The game area was super fun and added a great touch to our experience. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked really nice and inviting. Everything was well-organized, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Cheryl and Ambers place. Prompt response always. Great view of sugar loaf mountain. The pool was a bonus. There place had all the essentials you need. I only have a few minor complaints it was very hot with no AC. There was only one fan and no screen doors. Also it could use a deep cleaning. Other than that our stay was great very quiet and relaxing.

Jennifer was a great host. Very responsive, clear instructions, and accommodating! The space is very close to the mountain, sleeps plenty and is overall a very cozy retreat. I’d certainly book again for next season! Thank you

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

Awesome home and exactly as described! We stayed at Jeff’s place for a weekend away and our first time to Sugarloaf. The house is just as described, including photos, and was very clean! Perfect amount of space and amazing location, only 10 minutes from mountain! Very quiet and beautiful area! Jeff was super quick to respond to all questions, including suggestions for restaurants in the area. Open main floor layout was perfect for hanging together! The price was also the best to be found this time of year so close to the mountain. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Stayed here with a large group and 2 dogs. Clean place, kitchen had everything you need. Patrick was super great with everything and checking in. Deff will rent again

A beautiful location to spend the start of April. We were looking for quiet and we got exactly that. But there was still plenty open for us to get out in town for meals and entertainment. The house is beautifully and simply decorated and offers plenty of games, books, and all the amenities we needed. I would absolutely do this exact visit, same time of year and same place, again if I had the opportunity.

Really enjoyed Patty and Dave’s beautiful cabin! It was well stocked with kitchen items, utensils and extras like spices, oils that you don’t always find. The space was cozy and very clean. After a lot of hiking on a few consecutive day, we stayed and relaxed in their yard and deck which was a great treat. The hot tub was easy to open and turn on and sparkling clean. Highly recommend this place for a couple!

I cannot say enough about how much we loved this house! The fairy lights inside plus the green outside made it feel magical! So peaceful plus all the amenities you need. And the area was perfect for hiking and exploring. Love love love and will definitely be back!

Exceptional hosts! Very attentive, especially prepared well around our arrival and departure which surrounded snow storms on both ends. Conditions at Saddleback and local touring center were exceptional and a reasonable distance from the house. We also were very appreciative that there was a great selection of baby equipment, which meant we didn’t have to bring more stuff. The house was extremely well set up for 7 adults, a 6mth old and 2 dogs. Excellent place to stay.

The hot tub was found to be slightly broken right before we arrived, but the host had it useable for us and we enjoyed every moment relaxing and looking at the mountains. It is perfect for people who want to enjoy the beautiful views and outdoor activities along with local cuisine! Thank you for everything!!

Lovely private property that’s only a short drive to Sugarloaf Mountain. The sauna was something we were most looking forward to and it was fabulous. Eucalyptus spray was a nice touch. Gorgeous view of the river, fully stocked kitchen and coziest living room. Excellent location with a 1 min walk to Tufulios and short drive to Sugarbowl which was a hit with kids. Excellent place to stay and enjoy all the activities Carrabassett Valley has to offer! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautifully designed in a way that compliments the nature all around it. The natural wood work is so beautiful. The backyard view of the mountains is so magnificent. I wanted an off the grid location and with this listing, I definitely got it. Everything you pretty much need is in the house. The kitchen is very wide and spacious for family meals. The house was bigger than expected which was a plus. The sauna was perfect. Still had the newly built sauna smell. There are several trails you can hike. Just make sure to bring repellant. I got the chance to meet the owner and his wife. Very nice and hospitable people. It was a pleasure getting to know a little amount them and the ins and outs of the land. I would 100% recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Let preface my review by saying I have a cleaning business, so I’m picky about cleanliness. This place was very clean, well provisioned and quiet. Just lovely. Beds and furniture were comfy. A well stocked kitchen. Plenty of hot water for showers. Super white, soft towels.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful pristine camp on Dodge Pond. The view is breathtaking, the camp is very well maintained almost completely new construction. Very relaxing fire pit, and dock to sit on to watch the sunset. This is our second visit to this property. Beautiful!
