Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Europe

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

Although we were busy travelling and didn’t have much time to enjoy this wonderful space, it had a home like feel for us to rest our heads after long days discovering nearby areas, along with visits to Copenhagen, day trips to Sweden & and overnight stay in Germany. Laust was very responsive to address any of our needs. Our stay was over Christmas & New Year holidays visiting family members, so we weren’t able to enjoy the lovely terrace or gardens on the property. The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach. It’s also a short 15 minute drive to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and approximately 30 minute drive to Kronborg Castle. We hope to return in the future to enjoy the outdoor space! We very much appreciate the use of this spacious accommodation during our stay, with attentive hosts!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

The location was ideal—just a short walk from the port, great restaurants, shops, and beaches, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved the little touches that made it feel special. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore around the island. It really felt like we were staying in a home away from home. We left with such happy memories and would absolutely recommend this place to any couple looking for a romantic and authentic Milos experience. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bike ride! Definitely recommend that. The house is great and the garden is beautiful! The plunge pool was perfect for the hot days! I would 100% recommend this place :)

Great accommodation, decor even better in person! A nice walking distance to town, Newquay zoo and beaches so found it to be the perfect location. Highly recommend :)

The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious! Manel and Marta were very communicative hosts and we really liked the neighborhood. It felt more cozy and quiet, but still with easy access to all the main attractions of Barcelona.

Great quiet apartment, but accessible to all amenities 15 min walk to the esplanade, 20 min walk to the beach. Which are very quick and allow you to discover Alicante. The apartment is great and very clean. With all the necessary equipment coffee machine, microwave, hot plate, hair dryer… Olga is very responsive to all messages no matter the time which is nice, she is very flexible. She even kept our suitcases for our last day and came especially so we could pick them up. I would recommend it 100%

We were very pleased with everything. The house was both clean and quite comfortable. The location was also very convenient for us. Ms. Ayten was very caring and kind, our communication was smooth at every stage. We felt like we were at home. We recommend it with peace of mind!

We had 4 wonderful days in Lisbon and the appartment is perfectly located in Baiga. Goncalo greeted us showed us the apartment, which is large and has everything you need. Goncalo is very nice and easy to talk to. Thank you for your great restaurant tips! We highly recommend a stay here, close to Rua Madalena.

the apartment has been amazing. Everything is very new and clean. The girl who looked after us waited for us until we arrived to do the reception of the keys. All great.

We have already stayed several times in this beautiful apartment and it is always a real pleasure to come back. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well located, and tastefully decorated. Amazing apartment, perfect location in the heart of city!

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

Maria and Dominic are the perfect hosts. Always strives for the well-being of the guest. An example: Dominic made extra space in the basement on my first day of vacation so I could store my eBike there. I was a guest for four (!) weeks and felt very well looked after by Maria and Dominic. There was really nothing missing, the communication was always friendly and fast. It was fun exploring her numerous travel tips. The apartment is great and cleanliness, amenities and location are great. For my first stay in South Tyrol, I couldn't have been happier. These are all reasons why a next stay in South Tyrol will certainly lead back to Maria and Dominic and their beautiful apartment. ... That says it all, doesn't it?

A pretty good place to stay! Recommended for small children, close to the center but still a friendly neighborhood, there is also a nice little playground nearby 👌

Dora’s place is a proper home stay. You feel right at home as she offers amenities beyond any other place we’ve ever stayed. She had condiments, selection of tea and coffees and even butters and jams if you’re staying for a couple of days to not waste any big foodstuffs. She had instructions left all over the house so we barely had to contact her at all and got our bearings very quickly. Even when I unfortunately got sick, there was a pack of paracetamol in the cupboard. She really thought of absolutely everything!

The place is great. Karine was super clear about the check-in instructions. She responds quickly to the message, always attentive. The accommodation was clean, zero smell, zero dust. I didn't have any particular problems even though I'm allergic to pollen and mites. In short, great accommodation, I would not hesitate to go back.

Ideally located, busy vibrant area. Walkable to the city but also good transport links near by. Not the most modern apartment but good value for money and it's ideal as a base to explore the city. Great hosts good communication.
