Anne & Jan proved extremely helpful and friendly from the very start. They gave valuable advice and were so kind as to leave a fantastic gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and quiet. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing at the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as well as in the kitchen nothing is missing, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Very well organized, clean and nice place. Short walk to train station. Very responsive and attentive host. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling to Brussels and any other major Belgium cities.

We stayed at Anthony's villa with 6 adults, a child and a dog. As described, it is a well-equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in fully automatic coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired or the fridge that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. Absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. This allowed us to approach the last day of vacation in peace. Worth seeing in the area are Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive). All in all we had a very nice time at Anthony and Beas villa. Thanks for that!

From the welcoming till the end our experienxe was extraordinary. Tom is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. His property is a pure oasis of relaxation, unique and was beyond of our expectations. There's pool, sauna, bbq, outdoor shower and beautiful seating areas. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was very nice, with all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay. We were warmly welcomed by Caroline. The communication in advance went very smoothly and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. Always a pleasure to staying here at Kitty's place. Never any problems and we love the tiny house. Nice kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The garden is fenced off and perfect for our dog to run around. We will be back again later this year.

A beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the wonderful garden and the quiet surroundings with our 9-month-old daughter. Our dog Bowi also had a great time with Peter's dog Chopin, they were inseparable. Peter is very kind and responds quickly. Provided a delicious breakfast every day. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sylvia's cottage. What a beautiful place! The cottage is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The swimming pond is a wonderful addition – perfect for a refreshing swim. Also the contact with Sylvia went very well: friendly, fast and clear. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others!

I visited Brussels for ~1 week: nice place and the neighborhood to stay in. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And if you decide to travel to other cities, the Brussels Midi train station is ~20 minutes. Loved the terrace!

This apartment overlooks the Grand Place. It's a great location - very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfy, and linens top notch. We didn't do any cooking, but the coffee maker worked and the kitchen was clean. Everyone we talked to - Kevin and Nicholas - were great - very helpful! Some evenings there are musicians performing in the square - the windows open so you can sit in the apartment and enjoy the wonderful sounds. I'd definitely come back here again!

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

This is a great apartment for those looking for a short- to medium-term home in Brussels. It offers plenty of space, lots of natural light from the large windows, and a peaceful neighborhood close to vibrant Ixelles and the EU quarter. Erica was always very kind, responsive, and did her best to make us feel at home. Just a couple of things to keep in mind - the heating system primarily works in the living room, supplemented by an electric heater that we kept in the bathroom to balance the temperature during the colder months. Also, be mindful not to use the microwave and washing machine/dryer simultaneously, as the older wiring in the building can get overloaded. Some of the furniture is a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh, but with a little personal touch, the apartment becomes a cozy and charming place to live.

The apartment is as described, the location is excellent, 150 meters from the central station and 300 meters from Grand Place. Everything is close. The apartment's street has a lot of traffic. But if you close the windows, you can't hear anything The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. We were greeted with a bouquet of flowers and food available.
