We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

Beautiful residence to spend a few days of holiday with friends in tranquility and in a beautiful environmental setting. Significant variety of landscapes. Oyster sheds and restaurant < 15 minutes walk. Very friendly, responsive and accommodating host, everything was great. We recommend it!

This is our second time staying with Michel and everything went very well again. The accommodation is ideally located, quiet, and close to all amenities. The hot tub is a real plus for perfect relaxation. The apartment is very well equipped and in case of any problems/questions, Kathy is very responsive. We strongly recommend 😊

Perfect place for 3 couples. Location was ideal for us. Lots to do within a short walk. Tram availability is very close. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Look forward to coming back in 2 years.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, bath towels and linens were nice and laid out ready for us. We loved the outdoor shower for coming in from the beach. During the rainy days the house was a very nice place to be. It was unfortunate that Guillaume was not there to greet us. He did call a friend who came quickly to let us in and explain the house's features. Bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The fourth bedroom was suited for children but we were all adult and glad that our other two family members couldn't come because their sleeping spots would not have been adequate. All in all we would gladly stay there again, especially now that we are familiar with the set-up. We highly this listing.

I would recommend Julie's place. Beautiful and spacious. The space really has character. Close to everything (Tram, restaurants, activities...) Julie was very responsive as soon as we needed information.

Very good stay, the accommodation is very well located in the heart of Andernos. You can do anything or almost everything on foot. The perfect summer welcome, the accommodation is very nice with a small courtyard, convenient for our dog I would highly recommend it!

This gîte is welcoming, cozy and gorgeous inside. We’ve returned twice here for a week. Astrid is a super host. We highly recommend the gîte, it has beautiful views and peace. Château Doyac produces splendid wines, which we recommend, too. And from the gîte it’s easy to get to know the whole wine area and the the seaside.

Wonderful stay at Valerie's! Accommodation as described, well decorated, comfortable bedding and the private terrace is great. The bikes available are a plus, we did everything by bike. It feels good, I recommend it and will be back with pleasure!

We were welcomed by a friendly, welcoming owner with great welcome and enthusiasm on arrival. We were given a clear tour in a neat, very neat and certainly clean stay: - an outdoor kitchen with necessary equipment - a heated swimming pool with cozy lighting - a well maintained, tastefully decorated with lighting, child-friendly garden and terrace - a neat living accommodation, tastefully decorated with large kitchen, house and bedroom, shower and toilet - stay with all the necessary household necessities. The house was perfectly in line with my expectations as well as the photos! Which made the stay very enjoyable! Guillaume was very responsive on messaging!

This is a fantastic house which is beautifully designed, comfortable and well equipped. It’s spacious with lots of places to sit and hang out. The pool is large and clean. The house is in a traditional oyster port in front of a canal. We found it fascinating to observe the farmers and learned a lot when buying fresh oysters from them. It’s a pleasant 50 minute walk to Arcachon which we did several times. There is also a train that takes 4 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Would strongly recommend staying here.

We loved this apartment. Beautiful location, loads of fun, and the size was just enough for a family of 6!(small kids) It had everything we needed. I wish i was still there now.

Excellent stay in this lovely house: cozy with lovely views of a pine forest. The beaches and the city center are within walking distance, which is really nice and allows teenagers to be self-sufficient in their activities. Finally, our remote workers enjoyed being able to have a secluded desk in 2 of the bedrooms with great speed. Very responsive and flexible host, clear instructions. In short, all the best.
