A beach house is a private house, but situated on the same property as the family's summerhouse, but you don't live there when you're renting out your space. Both houses are confined and have a private memento.

(without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.
