Vacation rentals with beach access in Estonia

Kaspar’s place was beautifully clean and is in a great spot in Tallinn. Kaspar’s communication was excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay again some time!

The apartment is really clean, comfortable and safe. The indoor air is good. The house is quiet. The house is old and the courtyard and staircase are of the old Soviet era. Nearby you will find an ATM, breakfast places, a top-notch brewery restaurant and a basic shop. Next to the house is a tram stop from which connections to the city center run every 10-15 minutes to the port. The first one leaves at 5 in the morning and the last one is probably after midnight. Really big plus. The trip takes about 20 minutes. Of course, it is worth checking the schedules online. This time we had our own car, we got it in the yard to the parking lot. I recommend the apartment without reservations, but I would be happy to stay in this apartment again.

A great apartment with everything you need. A short walk from the old town and coast. Some nice bars and restaurants right on the doorstep too. Would definitely return

We stayed 2 nights at apartment and had a great experience. The location was very convenient, close to the city centre and easy to get around. The host was really helpful and accommodating, even providing a cot for our baby, which made things so much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Tallinn was the last leg of our trip and it was great. The apartment was easy to find and in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. We loved walking the nearby neighborhood the most, finding local playgrounds and cafes to enjoy. And the sauna was a delight. We hope to be back some day!

The apartment did a great job! Everything was as promised, and there were no surprises. The neighborhood was quiet and tidy. Bonus points for an excellent bakery a few blocks away (about 10 minutes on foot). Guests arriving by car should note that parking spaces are limited, but we were able to park the car near the building. We recommend taking a taxi (BOLT), for example, to go to the beach, the price was about 5€ and to the center just over 3€. Summasummarum I can highly recommend this apartment!

The flat nr. 8 is super pretty and cozy. We had the great luck to visit Tallinn during some wonderfully sunny summer days, this warmed the flat a bit, but it cools down easily at night. I recommend the garden studios website for more information ;-)

This home was absolutely wonderful — in a perfect location just a short walk from a beautiful, quiet beach. The area is very peaceful and feels incredibly safe. It’s the ideal place to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and take a break from crowds. The house itself is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has every gadget you could possibly need. I was even surprised to find a luggage scale, which turned out to be exactly what I needed! The hosts were responsive, helpful, and provided a very detailed and informative manual that answered all of our questions. Our flight was delayed, and Kaire and her husband kindly waited for us until midnight to welcome us and open the house, we were so grateful for their patience and hospitality. We especially loved spending time on the porch and in the amazing sauna, it was a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a beautiful setting.

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

Very satisfied with the stay, especially lovely was the sauna and overall feel inside the woods with nothing but the sound of wind and birds singing. The host was very detailed about the directions to the house and answered quickly, there is also a detailed guide in the house for example for use of sauna or adjusting the overall temperature in the house. The house is clean, the terrace is wonderful. We will stay there again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Martin and his family are wonderful hosts. My children really enjoyed the playground in the yard. Everything in the house was described and the surrounding area is beautiful. We highly recommend Martin’s place!

Amazing house! Esthetically beautiful yet very functional. Perfect size for our little family of three. Marju offered toys for our 2.5 y.o. son which he loved. We enjoyed our little getaway in a peaceful countryside: sauna, little lake, forest, hot tub - we could not possibly ask for more. House is very well thought through with a lot of attention to detail. The only thing I can point out is that stairs leading to the bedroom are pretty steep, something to be mindful of however I'm in my second trimester and managed fine, it just requires certain fitness. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Kersti’s house for a couple of weeks in May. The house checked all the boxes I expected during our stay. - Beautiful house with lots of light - Peaceful terrace and garden for bird watch and star gazing! - Close to public transport, grocery store and neighborhood restaurants - Close to beautiful forests/hiking trails and water/sea - Excellent and prompt communication (if needed) Highly recommended! 😊

Tonu’s apartment was a really nice find. It is located in a quiet, green part of Tallinn with a lovely sea view from the window. It’s about 20 minutes by tram to the Old Town so it’s easy to get into the city while enjoying a peaceful place to come back to. Tonu was friendly, helpful and always quick to respond, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Hippy place on the attic. Recommended for the couples. Old town with bars and restaurants in 3 minute walk.

I liked it even at the stage of communication with Elena. Quick specific answers and help with individual requests regarding the neighborhood and places to visit. We stayed with our dog. So there was space for the big cage for the dog. Practical interior and coziness. And the location, very good! Loved Kòik and will definitely be back in the future. Tànud!
