Hot Tub & WiFi -Carrie's Cottage - Red River Gorge

RaghavsrinivasRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place was amazing and I'd happily stay here again. It was close enough to all the climbing we wanted to get to. My only "gripes" are really small: 1) No smart tv (probably by design to keep the cabin feel) 2) A limit on dishwashing pods (we cooked a lot and had to do tons of dishes). Everything else was amazing and I'd love to stay here again!
The cabin features a wooden exterior with a covered porch supported by sturdy beams. A welcoming front door is highlighted, and outdoor furniture is placed invitingly on the porch. Surrounding greenery adds to the natural setting.

Hot Tub & WiFi - Hidden Chalet Red River Gorge, KY

Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I came in for 1 night just to have a relaxing getaway and it was absolutely perfect for that! The cabin was clean (i am a clean freak, this home was amazing), beautiful, peaceful and more. Within a nice driving distance to everything we wanted to see and do, then came back and relaxed on the comfortable couch, played games, watched a movie and relaxed in the nice hot tub, you could smell the chlorine, which is always great knowing how clean it is!. The beds were great. We truly felt at home and relaxed. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

This is my second time staying at one of Amy’s cabins. They are beautifully crafted and super cozy. We loved sitting in the new hot tub and listening to the creek. I couldn’t get the hot water to come on the first night but I stopped by the main house and the maintenance man greeted me and said he would fix it up. It was fixed within the next hour or two before we got back from our hike. I didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly. A couple small additions that would be helpful: An extra towel per person so you can have one for bathing and one for the hot tub. A bedside lamp. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and plan to stay at the Red River Gorgeous cabins again in the future!

The cabin was exactly as described. The amenities provided were nice. Plenty of cozy blankets. The hot tub was clean, nice large towels provided-beautiful setting. THE WILDS | 100 Acres | Sunset & Sunrise Overlook

KalenaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Getaway at The Aldo! My stay at The Aldo in Stanton, Kentucky, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the comfort and attention to detail in this beautiful contemporary cabin. It offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy charm, making it an ideal place to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the hike to Sunset Point—an incredible added bonus (We loved the ropes!)! The trail was beautiful, and the views at the top were absolutely breathtaking. After a day of exploring, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was pure bliss. The time spent by the fire, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, was the perfect way to end each evening. The location is fantastic—peaceful and secluded, yet close to Red River Gorge and other outdoor adventures. The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend The Aldo to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getawa

Heavenly Hideaway - near Red River Gorge, KY

MelinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an awesome, relaxing stay at Heavenly Hideaway! The cabin is super private with tons of land to hike and explore. Our dog loved having the freedom to roam safely, and we enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire pit, BBQ grill, and just hanging out on the porch. Waking up to birds and seeing deer everywhere was so peaceful. It’s also not too far from Natural Bridge if you want more adventure. We did run into some ticks outside in the grass and woods, so just something to keep in mind if you’re spending a lot of time outdoors (especially with pets). We had a small water issue, but StayOver handled it fast sending over maintenance. Would definitely come back to unplug and relax!

Boone`s Hideout

JordynRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Our stay here was amazing! We had a very large group (16 people) and the house had plenty of space and very open common spaces for everyone to be together. We were hiking most of the time (this was a convenient location to get to multiple trailheads), but between the hot tub and all of the games, I’m sure you could spend plenty of time in the house. The instructions to get to the house are detailed and easy to follow. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and grilling utensils, just be sure to bring things like coffee, seasonings, oil, butter, etc. We’d definitely stay here again!

I adored this Cabin. It was cozy and charming. Like stepping back in time. The cabin has so much character. I loved working out of the den and the bedrooms were very spacious. The property itself its peaceful and my dogs loved visiting with the cows and goats. This place is so pretty we barely left. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cabin. I also loved the assortment of books and puzzles, and historic artifacts throughout the cabin. You will find a treasure in every corner. From all the cute china and dishes to the stained glass windows and historic paintings.

Bungalow

We wanted to backcountry camp, but the weather was looking bad. This was the next best thing, the good parts of a tent (being close to a fire pit, feeling the open air, surrounded by trees) but with a roof over your head. We really enjoyed our time, and the location is also great. It is right at Martin's Fork trailhead which takes you up to the ridge trails.
A small pink cabin features a white door and a window adorned with sheer curtains. Two white plastic chairs are positioned on the gravel surface in front, inviting relaxation. A blue laundry basket sits nearby, adding a practical touch to the charming exterior.

CLIMB ON INN - Apt 2 - Naturally Gorgeous- RRG

JulieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
There are three things I am looking for when I choose a place to stay on vacation and this place checked every box! 1. LOCATION! This place is in a perfect location. It is close to a highway, but I never heard any traffic noise. What I absolutely loved about the location is that we were not more than 20-30 minutes from any hikes wanted to do or restaurants we wanted to visit, but it still feels quiet and set apart. Also loved the coffee/ice cream shop 1 minute down the road. Visited it every day! 2. Easy parking - Several years back I rented a place that was nearly impossible to get to so this was important to me. There are no steep hills or narrow roads in or out of the apartment. Parking is right by the front door. Super easy in and super easy out. Perfect. 3. As described - I have also been burned in the past by finding a place much different than pictured. Not here. This was exactly as expected if not better. I would 100% rent again. Hoping to return someday with my sister!

My second stay in this cottage—and I hope to come again! My daughter and I were in town for an art event and enjoyed staying in Amy’s lovely, tastefully decorated cottage. We enjoyed a quiet space with comfortable furnishings and a fabulous location, walkable to many Berea attractions. It is a pleasant place to enjoy a quiet moment whether with family, friends, or on your own. We both enjoyed a comfortable sleep, too. I highly recommend her “Painter’s Cottage”!

WiFi & Waterfront - Soul Sister Red River Gorge KY

MikeRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Extremely clean and welcoming, great central location to major hiking/kayaking locations. Few things I would bring attention to. Lack of cleaning supplies, made a spill and no kind of cleaner to use, maybe add an extra blanket. Only blanket was the bed comforter (note I was there in dec/jan) a throw blanket would have been nice. Would prefer a window covering for the doors, especially the back door. All those things are extremely minor and the place was otherwise absolutely amazing. Would still book there again if in the area. Many positives about this place!

I loved staying at their place. Next time I know to go shopping BEFORE getting there. It’s literally so out there it’s amazing. My kids Had such a blast on the swings , the trampoline and all the other amenities. It was so relaxing for them to get a break from tech and just enjoy the outdoors. There was a lot of dog hair which stired up some of our kiddos breathing issues but other than that. It was AMAZING STAY. We can’t wait to come back❤️🥰

Amy’s charming home was just what my daughter and I were looking for as part of our relaxing Kentucky getaway. The beds were comfortable, the art and colors used on the walls ,the furniture and the bedding were fun and whimsical, and we felt right at home. We spent a great deal of time on her cozy front porch reading on the comfortable rocking chairs. We loved how walkable the area was. We enjoyed walking through the Berea College campus and visited Native Bagel/Night Jar which was one of Amy‘s great suggestions. The artisan shops were close by. We would definitely come back again!
