December 2019 Very private, fully fenced house (Hacienda Style), without other people's view. Located at approx. 800 meters (1/2 mile) from the JACÓ south beach/downtown (= 2 minutes with car/taxi (1,5$) or 12 minutes walk) Nice garden and big pool with corner seats and yet streams. Around the pool you find sunbeds and relax chairs, 2 hammocks and extra toilet and shower. At the covered patio: two breakfast/dining table with total 16 chairs, a pool table (4x8ft) & BBQ and 5x ventilators.

Our hacienda style home is truly our dream home. From the moment you step onto the property you will feel how special this home is. The home features an open floor plan that can accommodate a large family or group. It has a fully functional kitchen, comfy living and dining room, cable tv, wifi and a beautiful resort style pool complete with waterfalls. Many tropical plants and flowers enhance the property and lend to the privacy of the home.
