Monthly Rentals in Estância Velha

I am from Estância Velha, but today I live in another city. Every year I come back to visit family and friends, and this time we found a lodging that was perfect for our family. We are very happy to have a practical and modern option available in the city, especially considering that Estância Velha does not yet have hotels. The location is excellent — right in the center, with bakery, playground and restaurants just a few steps away, which makes everyday life much easier. The apartment, despite being in an older building, has been completely renovated and is super cozy and comfortable. Our host, Lucineia, was amazing from the start: it answered all our questions quickly and remained always available throughout the stay, which made us even more relaxed. We will definitely return!

Our stay was great, very clean place, entrance to the bourbon supermarket practically next door, very quiet street.

We were received by Mrs. Glaci, Mrs. Iria's sister. A friendly person, helpful and committed to making the stay the best possible. We went as a family and it met our expectations. With affection, he leaves the best for the guests. I recommend it and intend to return.
