My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

Such a lovely place to stay. Warm and cozy in beautiful surroundings, Susy is an amazing host with a great personality and nothing was a problem for her ..Can't fault the place or the host . Perfect ! 10 ⭐️

What we liked the most was the location of the house, in the heart of the English countryside. Very quiet and wonderful nature place. The house was cozy. Suzanne has been very friendly and very communicative.

We had a great stay at Vivian’s bnb! It was cozy and tucked away, which meant you always felt safe in your space. It’s located very close to a Tesco, pub, and other small shops and stores. It’s also close to a overground train that connects to Liverpool street station, meaning you can get all around London from the bnb easily. Vivian was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again for sure :)

Evi was a wonderful host who answered all our questions promptly. The property is gorgeous and surrounded by stunning gardens. We enjoyed watching the wild rabbits in the evening. It was a perfect size for us with our 1 year old daughter and only 5 minutes drive from the airport. A perfect nights stay, thank you ☺️

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a really lovely stay at Andrew’s Airbnb – it was peaceful, comfortable, and just what I needed. The location is great too, only a 10-minute walk into town, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

We had a great stay at Suzanne’s Airbnb. It was a lovely private annexe, super clean and spacious. Lovely hot shower, comfy bed & easy parking. It was very close to The White Hart Wedding venue where we were attending a wedding for the weekend. Also 2 mins drive from a nice little farm shop cafe where we had breakfast the next morning. Suzanne was very responsive over messenger. Definitely would stay again :)

I had a truly peaceful and memorable stay at this charming countryside lodge. The setting is absolutely idyllic, nestled by a beautiful pond and surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect escape from the city. One of the highlights for me was the friendly pet ducks that roamed the property, they added so much character and calm to the atmosphere. I spent hours birdwatching by the water and soaking in the serene views. The lodge itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to unwind and feel at home. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat where you can reconnect with nature, I can’t recommend this place enough. I left feeling completely refreshed.

I very much enjoyed my stay, minimal road traffic, extremely pleasant rural setting. And the bonus of a London linked Railway station 500 metres away Good feeling of light inside the property, in my opinion helped by the high ceilings. Had a lovely weekend stay. Dogs enjoyed the biscuits, very helpful with extra towels for cleaning their feet. Loved the apartment. Reminded me of my loft at parents house. Little treats. Quiet place in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach through local gardens. Easy access to train via bus or 151-20 min walk. Everything in the place is well thought out. Top quality appliances in a small but surprisingly efficient kitchen. TV on the wall can be angled to be viewed from couch or kitchen / dining table. Lighting could be easily selected for bright or relaxed. Good natural light from skylight and window. Highly recommended!

Beautiful gardens, peace and tranquility. Lovely lodge, all you would need provided. We had a wonderful relax, good weather, so able to sit in beautiful garden.

Before booking I read so much outstanding feedback for Maria that I knew it would be amazing. And I wasn’t disappointed. So much attention to detail and beautifully decorated and also lots of lovely little (luxury) extras like coffee/tea, dishwasher, breakfast items….she even decorated the room for our anniversary. The only downside was that now we have been, other BnB’s just wont compare!

We had a lovely stay in the cabin. Sally and her husband were so friendly and on hand if we needed anything. The cabin is compact but had everything we needed for our weekend. Its furnished to a high standard and the complementary bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. As were the complementary beverages. I loved the beautiful garden and flowers around the cabin, they smelt wonderful. The two dogs were a delight and very friendly but not at all boisterous. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes walk away from the house. We used the cabin as a base to explore the local area and i loved walking along the beach to Walton on the Naze pier. Frinton itself is such a beautiful location with many local independent shops and cafes in the high street.
