The annex is located at the back of our garden with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with a living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 meters from a fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Close to Louisiana (2 km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Bringing your own hotplates is not allowed. Children under 10 years old are not allowed.

It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

Hike the mountain, experience tumbler safaris, horseback riding and diving, and visit Kullen's many farm shops, restaurants, cafes and vineyards.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.
