It's a big, lovely bright kitchen living room, with a dining area and a soft ward. The bedroom has access to a large bathroom with a large shower. Kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as outdoor barbecue. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Museum of Maritime, Kronborg, Forest and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

On the 70 m2 wooden terrace of the house, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with room for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offers cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops on the harbor and much more.

The annex is located at the back of our garden, with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. The annex is 100 m from one of North Zealand's best beaches and Espergærde harbour, where you can almost experience the southern atmosphere with cozy cafes and ice houses. 100 m to the other side is the forest. We have a friendly little dog who also uses the garden from time to time.

Sommerhuset ligger på en 1900 m2 ugenert stor grund, med direkte udgang til skoven, hvor man af stisystem kan gå 700 meter til den skønne badesø Buresø, som er én af Danmarks reneste badesøer. I vil elske dette lyse og indbydende sommerhus, som er egnet til par og familier med børn.
