Our visit to the forest chalet was simply amazing! The chalet was nicely decorated and totally cozy – you felt right at home. The private hot tub and sauna were of course the highlight. Chilling there after a day on the road was simply unbeatable. The location is also perfect: in the middle of nature, super quiet but still close to everything. It was only a 2 kilometer walk to the Skywalk in Willingen – easy to do and the route was really nice. Arrived at the top of the skywalk, the view just blew us away. Really blatant and highly recommended! We had a really cool time and will definitely be back. Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

Monica was great from start to finish came with my son to attend the DTM, the slightly secluded accommodation allows you to be quiet after a big day of running just over 15 minutes from the nurburgring the accommodation has all the amenities and amenities in a green setting in a small mountain blossom thank you again Monica for the attention paid, not to mention beers, eggs and bread looking forward to seeing you again

Beautiful chalet on the back of the property. A beautiful view of nature. We had a lot of snow and the ski lift right in front of the door. The parking situation was a bit stressful because of the ski guests. There was also a sled run just across the other side. We had a great WE in the chalet.

Die alte Schüre is nice and clean and has an uphill garden at the backside. It lays in a quiet little village. Good place to relax (sauna downstairs) or to go walking in the hills. Friendly welcome by Martina.

Beautiful and bright wooden house. The kitchen and living room are flooded with light because of the large windows. Large and modern bathroom with attached sauna next door. Good mattresses. The rooms are a little clairvoyant. The house has a large yard, good parking with canopy and a well-kept and large garden.

The cottage is cozy , clean and equipped with every comfort! For example, there was even coffee , tea , sugar , detergent, etc. The beds slept wonderfully and also the contact with the host went fine! I will definitely recommend it to family , colleague and friends.

Wonderful stay, beautiful 70s style, that did bring some memories upstairs from my childhood! Nice house with a beautiful garden, very well fenced so the dog could be outside all day, without supervision. And a beautiful setting! The owner was very friendly, thoughtful and easily accessible. As far as we are concerned, highly recommended! Daan, thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Joachim was very nice and proactively gave us tips. Check-in was super flexible and we were able to reach the apartment with a private parking space. A decent bike rental and restaurants are within walking distance, as are the summer toboggan run. I always received an answer to all questions within a very short time and Joachim was available by phone if there was an issue. The apartment is extraordinarily cozy and the bed is unparalleled in terms of coziness. Due to the described features, I do not see a better alternative in Winterberg than this apartment. As indicated, there is also a Netflix account with which you can make yourself comfortable in the evening in the accommodation. Upon our arrival there was a bottle of water and a bottle of cola in the fridge, the basic equipment for cooking (oil, salt) was available and towels were on site. Thank you Joachim for a great stay! Happy to come back again and again.

We enjoyed our stay in Winterberg very much. The apartment was very comfortable and was in a quiet neighbourhood. Restaurants and hiking trails are in walking distance.

Great place, especially with a child. The apartment was well maintained, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Even cot, high chair and children's dishes were on site. The sauna in the basement was great for relaxation. The communication was great - quick and easy. We will be happy to come back - certainly in summer.

Excellent and cozy house to be and the area is very nice and close. The area is fine to teach children the first base of skiing. There was just enough snow and beautiful hiking trails on the other side of the mountain. It is situated in a quiet hamlet just outside Winterberg.... 10 minutes drive approximately. Totally ptima for a short escape Wonderful beds by the way... tkkiekort but they were lovely. Everything is present and Eve is a pleasant host who gives many tips.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the area! The appartement was very clean and the communication was good. All basic services were available (kitchen and bathroom). Also a nice garden!

Verena has been a mega host. We felt very comfortable! We were there over the 4th Advent and she put a small homemade cake at the door for us. So little welcome there was a bottle of mulled wine and a love card as well as sweets:) She had great tips for you to surround :) happy to come back.

My stay at the place was very nice overall. Unfortunately, the wrong code for the key box was stored on airbnb, so I had to write to Tina first and wait for the right code. And it was a construction scaffolding in front of the window, which I found very silly because I took the apartment because of the beautiful view, after I asked Tina, but I got compensation for it. Tina was very nice and responded quickly. The bed is super comfortable and the whole apartment is very cozy. Right in front of the apartment is a beautiful forest, otherwise there is not much there. The internet is very poor and there is no Wi-Fi, but there were DVDs available and you could watch ZDF and Kika on the TV. In general, I find the apartment recommended and I'd love to come back for a relaxing weekend.

We spontaneously spent the weekend skiing in Winterberg. The apartment was easy to reach and an elevator right nearby.

I was there with my kids for four days skiing, and we were super satisfied! The apartment was as described and in the photos. The apartment is very cozy and yet functional and without "useless clutter", which I am always the first to have space in other apartments. The shower and toilet are separate, which was super convenient. The apartment offers plenty of space, especially in winter with all the ski equipment. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The highlight was of course the pool, which we used extensively in the evening. Pool and sauna were very clean and well maintained and hygienic. The communication was completely smooth at all times, the landlords responded quickly to questions and communicated a lot in advance for better trip planning. Everything is great!! We will definitely be back!

We spent a very relaxing weekend at "The Nest" as a family of four. Both the facilities and the location of the apartment left nothing to be desired. The communication with Uwe was very pleasant, gracious and accommodating. We would have liked to stay longer and can highly recommend "The Nest".

A practical and great place to stay right by the bike park with everything you need. The host is always available for any questions you may have and is super friendly. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time in the apartment. We found it right away and everything was super clean! The apartment is nicely decorated, so you feel right at home! However, since the double-story bed for two adults was a little too small/narrow for us (you often hit your head downstairs...), we would only book the apartment with two adults.

A truly fully equipped accommodation that combines living and wellness. Almost unbeatable for this price in my opinion. Super quiet location and great accessibility of the ski resorts by car. Communication was really impeccable. Quick responses and super helpful. If they book this place, they will 100% lack nothing!
