We've been to the property before, a year ago. Nothing has changed our impression: Great apartment with plenty of comfort, the surroundings are fantastic. Ilona was again a very good and pleasant host. Furthermore, an absolute recommendation!

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair from the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a swimming pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the vacation also found the perfect location as a setting here! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that was baked and ready for the handover of the AirBnB by Ursula was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for something unusual and wanting to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

We spent an extended weekend with 13 people in this beautiful cottage. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The creek in particular was a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

We were 7 people staying at Irina's. The house was clean, has a great view and offers plenty of space. The house was well equipped with an eye for detail - we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back!

This was our first stay in this great cottage. There is nothing missing and we were very impressed by the friendly welcome for people and animals and immediately felt at home. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Our landlords were always available to us and very friendly. The location is awesome, especially for us city people it was a highlight to wake up / have breakfast like this. Here you can find peace and quiet and time to slow down. We have taken many hikes in the area with our dogs and will certainly not have been here for the last time.

We had a nice long weekend in the tiny house. The furnishings are very cozy and the view is fantastic. The house is more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The bedroom next to the kitchen can be closed with a sliding door and therefore not quite as well acoustically separated from the kitchen-dining area. The temperature of the hot tub was not so easy to regulate, a thermometer could help here, but when we got it right, it was a great experience. We are happy to recommend the house.

we thought it was a nice vacation home. everything was present for a nice homecoming rest and food after our cycling days in the bike parks in the area. especially the living room with the terrace with wide views was great! recommended if you like outdoor sports, tranquility or nature!

Thanks to this great place, we spent wonderful days in the Sauerland. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning; everything was exactly as described. The old large farmhouse was a great accommodation for a long weekend for us two families with 3 children each! Even if we tall people had to duck our heads more often (low ceiling height), the house was large enough and cozy for everyone! We were also able to enjoy the great, large flowering garden with the children every day. In addition, Ludwig and Gerda were courteous hosts who were very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended for families.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is super cozy, modern and well equipped. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, otherwise we would certainly have used the nearby lake. All in all, we are very satisfied and would come back. As if you were going to your own vacation home! Lovely and prompt contact with the landlords, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you may think of, opportunities to buy food/wood at extremely fair prices. Hiked directly from the house to the Edersee etc, rustic forests with oaks and booking, great! In the morning, a sunrise over the green hills in fog swells, which you can see from the bed. The large, well-divided terrain with a fireplace and good forest sauna, swing, etc. offered more than we could use in the short time! We will be back! Thank you Martina & Michael!

The accommodation is extremely well-equipped. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. Definitely recommended. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

We had a wonderful break from everyday life and were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The garden is lovingly designed and superbly equipped – even in bad weather, we could linger outside comfortably and, for example, play a round of darts, which was a lot of fun. We really lacked nothing. The kitchen equipment is particularly noteworthy – everything has been thought of here. The induction stove is awesome so cooking almost became a highlight. Overall, the accommodation was very well maintained, cozy and with lots of little details that made the stay particularly pleasant. We would love to come back anytime and just love it!

The house is simply beautiful, we were there for the 2nd time. Great location, great amenities, large table with cozy bench, two complete and very clean bathrooms, everything you need in the kitchen, fly nets in front of the windows, cozy sofa corner, quiet terrace, and all very stylishly furnished! Great house!

We spent an extended weekend in this great house with 8 people and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The amenities are more than extensive and we didn't miss anything. The house with its ambiance and tasteful decor is truly one of a kind. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

We were three couples plus kids. The place is much better than you can capture with photos. It's really perfect for families. The toys are great, great books, great garden with a mega trampoline. It was just perfect for us. We wanted to spend a lot of time there, despite the changeable weather, we were busy with everyone indoors and outdoors at all times. The kitchen is excellently equipped. If you want to look for something that is "missing", then labels on the cabinets, where something is inside. The kitchens are huge and there's soooo much. :-D So, thank you, thank you, thank you. We are looking through our calendar to see when we can come back. Best regards
