My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

The entrance features a modern glass door with a black metal frame. Bright light illuminates the spacious lobby area, showcasing tiled flooring and a welcoming atmosphere. Clear signage indicates the building's name and number, adding to the accessibility of the space.

This is the city center, near the Central Stadium, fitness club's "Royal Club", "Invictus Go", Circus, theater, museum, restaurants and cafes, family entertainments, public transport in any directions, metro in 5 minutes, nightlife, 2 public gardens for walking. The apartment is in a quiet place, clean, bright and cozy. There is a view of the mountains from the house, also there is a lot of space near the house. My accommodation is suitable for: couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

This was the best experience I've ever had with Airbnb. The apartment was cute, and the host really made it comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was there and more! The kitchen was ready to use with salt, oil, etc., the laundry machine had soap, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was also cute and had everything within walking distance. I definitely recommend this host!

Excellent accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, two air conditioners in the bedroom and living room, enclosed area with a quiet courtyard. Zhibek is very responsive and was always in touch, provided clear check-in instructions.

Transportation is convenient, Nataly's check-in guide is very considerate, very clear taxi address and key location, and it is convenient to check in at any time.We stayed at her place during both trips in Almatyu, she was always responsive, warm and thoughtful, and would like to stay here again next time.
