I highly recommend anyone staying in Nicaragua to stay here. The house is Pinterest quality and Kellie the host was absolutely perfect. Gave so much detailed information about the house, location, things in the area, it’s so safe here and so peaceful yet really close to all the amazing surf spots and towns. This place is incredible! Surrounded by lush jungle and offering amazing ocean views, it’s the perfect getaway. Waking up to the sounds of nature was unforgettable. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic escape!

Seth’s place in Nicaragua was unforgettable! The property offers stunning 270-degree views of Remanso Beach, the Pacific, and Costa Rica, blending natural beauty with serene luxury. Erling and Milkenia made our stay exceptional—her cooking was a highlight! Seth was also very communicative, offering great advice on local restaurants and activities. We surfed daily at Remanso, a fantastic beach break for beginners, and loved relaxing on the new deck overlooking the waves. A 4x4 is a must if you rent a car (Avis in San Juan del Sur was seamless), and a $6 SIM card in town kept us connected. The local chicken, beef, and seafood were incredibly fresh and preservative-free. We took a day trip to Ometepe (wishing we’d had more time), and the house provided the ideal setup for a work-and-play balance. The internet was fast and reliable, perfect for remote work. Whether you’re looking to surf, relax, or explore, this place has it all. Highly recommended—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Playa El Coco is a Beautiful private beach. The townhome was fantastic with enough space for our family. Great view of all the plants and the beach from the patio. The property is amazing. This is our 3rd time spending the last week of Dec at El Coco. They do a terrific job with maintenance. The beach is super close and you hear the waves crashing. We always enjoy walks around the beach. We also visited La Flor beach and had the chance to release sea turtles 🐢 into the ocean. The pool and gardens are kept pristine by the caretakers, We would definitely recommend Playa El Coco and James’ townhome. We will back next year

Love the house and location the view of San Juan it’s beautiful everything about the house is awesome.. only bad thing I would say is there no privacy bc the care taker live next door they seat outside the house and watch every move you make.. other the that the place it awesome Gretel was really nice and I appreciate your hospitality.

It is a beautiful place. Peaceful, relaxing, very clean. Love how the bedrooms are separated not all inside the house. Hostesses were very communicative and friendly.

Amazing stay! Leticia and Allen were so great to work with. The meals they cooked, outings they helped us plan! It wouldn’t have been such a great trip without their help! The location couldn’t be better. Minutes to walk down to the beach and get surfing lessons from Coki! It is a ways away from town, but Allen will set up transportation if you didn’t rent a car. 4x4s are needed to get in and out of the neighborhood. Our minibus had trouble getting us to and from the airport.

Traveled from Washington DC for a local wedding. Spent a few days at this place to start the week. The house is perfect for groups or families. Situated RIGHT on the beach. Spent a lot of time in the pool, grilling meals, and looking out over the water. Will do it again next year.
