Our stay at Ibiza Real Estate was just amazing! A real bargain for the price – it couldn't get any better. In just a minute you can walk to the beach, just perfect. The rooms are large and very comfortably furnished, you really feel at home. Everything you need is there. Shopping? No problem – everything is right outside the door. Amazing place, great location, lovely host!

We had a pleasant stay in Max's lovely apartment. It was very clean, very convenient and close to all amenities. The well-appointed rooftop terrace is an appreciable bonus. The accommodation is dual-aspect and overlooks two lively streets (restaurants, etc.), but the double glazing is effective. (For guests with limited mobility, please note that the apartment is accessible via a staircase with about fifteen fairly steep steps). Finally, communication with Max went smoothly. We'll be happy to go back to this apartment.

I've been going to Ibiza for 10 years and I really have to say that Manu looks like you're his child. Everything worked out and he went to great lengths to make sure we had a nice vacation. We had a nice stay at the villa. We were allowed to leave our suitcases a little earlier, which was very pleasant for us. We had contact with Tito's father and he was very nice. The rooms were clean and so were the beds. In the bathroom we only came across hair from our predecessors and in the kitchen it was also not completely clean. In the garden, it was also quite a mess. So that was unfortunate. Despite that, we had a pleasant stay.

The residential area is very quiet, exclusive and facing the sea and Formentera. The house is beautiful and practical. A beautiful stay.

What a beautiful villa with pool and Paquita and Antonio are wonderful hosts. They were so helpful and everything was spotlessly clean, with anything you could possibly need on hand. We especially appreciated the stunning sea view, nature all around, having a washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, lots of seating options in and around the house. This was our first time in Ibiza and staying in this part of the island was simply breathtaking. We sure hope to be able to return one day.

Very beautiful house, in a calm environment. Everything you need is available in the house. The house and the pool were clean and Juan was very responsive and ready to help if needed.

We had a great stay. Marco was really helpful with checking us in and giving useful advice on getting around the island. He was also really helpful in putting us in touch with arranging a car hire at short notice. The beach and local restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away which was a great bonus. All in all, highly recommended!!

We loved staying here, the flat is perfect and gave us the perfect base to explore the other side of Ibiza including the amazing beaches close by. Javier was very helpful and responded quickly. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva and Ollie's place for two weeks, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Eva who made us feel right at home. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The beautiful views from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are two beaches and a few restaurants within walking distance and many restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the hospitality of the managers. Their warmth and willingness to help with recommendations and local tips made all the difference, turning our stay into something special. We will be back next year! :)

Welcoming host and seemingly very well equipped! The location is of choice between the big entertainment and the historic city center, a gym is very close , the Pool is great with everything you need to enjoy!

The addition of a pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a refreshing dip whenever we wanted to relax. Cala Vedella's stunning beach is just a short stroll away, with its crystal-clear waters and scenic views making every moment there feel like paradise. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants, cute coffee shops and little boutiques. This rental exceeded all our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect Ibiza getaway!
