A very comfortable and trouble-free stay. A couple of small issues like a leaking tap were taken care of immediately by Mr. Faizal. He is very prompt in responding on AirBNB. The location is great to explore Fort Kochi, the beach area and Jew Town by walk. However, to walk to Fort Kochi area, even though it is only ten minutes walk, you have to go through some not so clean parts.

This place is Paradise in Kochi. When you have marine drive on your left and broadway market on your right. Walk right down to be greated by a mall. One of the most clean looking rooms we had and a warm owner to guide you through.

Nice stay near the airport

A great stay with peaceful surroundings and relaxing getaway. Accommodation was comfortable and spacious. The host Salim and his son Ijas was very helpful and fast communicative for any queries. Any issues when notified to Ijas, quickly resolved. We would like to stay again if we needed for our next visit in Cochin.

Sophia was a wonderful host and I had a great experience at her place. It looked exactly like the pictures and the house was super clean. Excellent AC and good wifi, along with a fantastic caretaker who made sure I felt right at home. Great location, easily accessible and a lovely place overall. Could not recommend Sophia's place more!

It is a very spacious and clean space with plenty of lighting. It has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, along with a wonderful kitchen for large cooking. Highly recommended for a staycation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views all around. Being surrounded by lake added a unique charm that made the experience even more special. The ambience was serene and relaxing—perfect for a getaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a calm and scenic escape!

We stayed for 8 nights here. Every day, we found something new to keep us involved. Kayaking, badminton, cycling, driving the scooty to ride the ferry, sitting on the beach for hours and watching the sunset. There are limited options for vegetarian food around but we found some good places. The host also suggested local places to visit, loaned us his personal scooty to ride around the town, and visited us to show us where everything is kept. It was hot, very hot, there but the place just calmed us down. You can walk on the grass barefoot or enjoy the swings or just watch the birds flying over the lake. The host is very helpful and makes you feel right at home.

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

Kiran and his caretaker Sadhanandhan were super helpful and responsive with the check in process and they made sure we were comfortable and felt right at home. The stay was breathtakingly beautiful and serene, making it the perfect place for a large gathering for my friends and I.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

We had a lovely stay for 8 nights in the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The apartment is clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The renter we didn't meet, but Mr. Rumold who lives on the ground floor is wonderful, and he knows everything and can help you if you have questions. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and the equipment there is sufficient. The gas stove is a little difficult to understand how it works at first, but it'll be ok. Thank you, the apartment was all in all very great and we enjoyed our stay!

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. Would highly recommend the apartment!

We stayed as a family of 7 and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Although an extra bed wasn’t readily available, they kindly arranged one for us. The stay was even better than we expected. Overall, 5/5 – highly recommend to everyone!

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
