My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

10/10!! Would definitely recommend! My friends and I loved the place. Walking distance from some stores and less than 5 minutes away from others. They were fast in responding to us when we had questions and they were on top of what needed to be done.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Loved the privacy of the backyard. On the LOBO walking trails. Twin Lakes close enough to walk around. Nice location between Longmont and Boulder/Denver. Ksenia is there if you need but gives you the privacy you need and want too. I would stay there again! 🥰

This was a fantastic place for my parents 60th wedding anniversary party. My 84 year old parents, their children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren enjoyed the space very much. The place was clean and looked fabulous. The younger crew enjoyed the downstairs air hockey and other games. There was plenty of sleeping space for our out of town guests. Highly recommended

Good spot. We loved it. 5 adults + one dog. Fenced in yard was great. Downstairs family room + 2 bed rooms was nice. Very much enjoyed this home!

Sean's home did not feel like an Airbnb, it felt like a home. it was not sterile like many other Airbnbs are, you can tell there was a lot of thought put in to the furniture and decor. we felt right at home in a peaceful neighborhood. Sean was great at communicating and checking in and out was really easy.

A wonderful spot right by Olde Town Arvada! Everything was comfortable and cozy, we had plenty of space. Parking behind the house was ideal and in the best location to all our favorite spots in Arvada. Brad’s place was the perfect home to see family nearby and enjoy the holidays.

We had a lovely Christmas vacation with our family. The large kitchen table was perfect for holiday dinner and playing games during our stay. Everyone said the beds were super comfortable and they slept really well. Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs were fun to explore as well. We can’t wait to return.

Rachael's home was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with our students who weren't able to head home for the holiday this year due to school obligations. The home is perfectly located near the CU Boulder campus as well as the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. The house had everything we needed and is very comfortable, and set up perfectly for us with the adults staying upstairs and our kids sleeping in the large basement living area. We would definitely stay at Rachael's home again.

Brianna was very quick to resolve questions we had. The space was ideal for a large family, we enjoyed the space to spread out, play games, have conversations, while still being in the same general space. Comfortable beds! Awesome master shower!

We had a great time cooking an early Christmas dinner. The kitchen was more than stocked with equipment we needed. The home was welcoming and comfy. Every detail was thought of! I highly recommended!!

Anya’s house was great for a girls weekend away. She has the most beautiful landscaping and we loved the open areas in the house where we could all sit and catch up. We felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the Boulder area.

I loved this place the moment I walked in. It definitely has that "home away from home feel". Very quaint, warm and cozy. Very functional. The decor is perfect. I loved the leaf lamps throughout the space. I loved having my own parking spot off the alley. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I hope to visit again soon! Highly recommend.
