Great space with large living area and 4 nice sized bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable. You can’t beat the location. Walkable to the campus and everything in the village. Highly recommend! My group loved it and will return again. We enjoyed a coffee and pastry from the bakery below the next morning!

Great location in downtown Utica walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants! This spacious apartment is right above Gerbers 1933 Tavern which was perfect to go grab a night cap!

The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and in an unbeatable location just steps from Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Despite street parking, finding a spot was simple! The space featured modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities for a great stay. Michael was a responsive and flexible host. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carla’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The house was spacious and stocked with anything we could need during our stay. The area is great and walkable to Congress Park and lots of restaurants and shops. Carla communicated instructions for check in and check out and everything was easy, making getting in and out a breeze. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

What a lovely townhouse! It has all the amenities you will need and more! Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years I tend to be highly critical of places where my family stays but in Richard/Lindsay's case everything was 5 star, from the cleanliness of the home to the EV charger in the garage! I will recommend highly to family and friends staying in the Lake George/Gore Mountain area. We will be back! :)

This is a lovely place and the perfect location in Saratoga! Central to everything, yet nestled into a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Not only walkable to anywhere you would want to go, but also the parking couldn’t be more convenient. Such easy in and out! Gillian is totally on the ball with communication, and the condo has everything you might need. Wonderful place!

For our overnight stay this was perfect! The location was great, walkable to many places, parking was easy, and check-in was a breeze. This place is an absolute gem. Beautiful historic building super close to downtown and Buffalos Hispanic heritage district. Excellent food and grocery choices within blocks and access to the thruway to get anywhere in the city and beyond. Great interior space that felt like home and really had me thinking I could live in this place! Again, a gem!
