Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Modern executive loft in the heart of Hertel.

Ultra modern loft in a historical old building that was originally a bank built in 1935. Located in the heart of Hertel Avenue. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, the park, movie theater. Central Air Conditioning, very clean and unique. I had the original flat roof vaulted creating 17' ceilings so there is nowhere you have to duck.
