This farm stay was everything we dreamed of. We loved the fresh, local produce – from the milk and vegetables to the seafood caught nearby. The farm animals were a highlight; the clean air and warm hospitality made it a truly unforgettable experience.

Joseph is a great host! He has planned every part of the villa very tastefully and feels very rich! Would recommend everyone travelling to Eastern SriLanka to just book and stay at this home!! Brilliant place, great host!!

Great little villa near the beach (1 min walk). We rented to host a dinner party and the caretaker Ravi was more than helpful in setting up the tables and chairs. He even made sure to get us drinking water (which we completely forgot to get, so it was a big help for us!) and plates for the food. Caretaker also helped clean up after the party. The villa does have two non-AC bedrooms (master bedroom on the ground floor with attached bathroom, and a second bedroom upstairs with a balcony. The second floor does not have a bathroom but there are bathrooms outside the villa that guests can access). The house has verandas (aka covered patio) built around it so hosting an outdoor small party is enjoyable. Property itself has a huge amount of land/space which is helpful to host large parties in case you need to put up tents. OF NOTE: - No big restaurants, grocery store or transportation options within walking distance. I would highly recommend finding a Tuk Tuk driver whom you can call to have them provide rides whenever you need (the caretaker can also help you with this) - Caretaker does not live on the property but can come to tend to your needs within mins of a phone call - Though this is a remote villa far from the mainland, the property has it’s private fencing and security camera s around the place for adequate safety (there is another villa nextdoors and a few private residences adjacent - so you are not alone at night)

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The location is fantastically beautiful - it is very worth the stroll down to the Elephant Rocks! Let yourself be cooked and get to know the authentic and true life of Sri Lanka. We LOVE this place! The staff decorated everything on our daughter's birthday, organized a cake with writing on it and celebrating a party with us - thank you so much for the most beautiful birthday! :)
