Cabin vacation rentals in Epworth

My family and I spent a wonderful 4 night here. It was clean to look at but there were a few minor issues with cleanliness but nothing I couldn't clean up myself and it really didn't effect our getaway. All in all it was a beautiful lodge, the hot tub was lovely with a lovely view of the lake and the fountains looked even more beautiful at night lit up. There are no fish in the lake which the lodge is overlooking but there is a carp pond/lake probably 2 mins walk from the lodge and my husband and children loved it there and had some good fish out of it.

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The lodge itself is the very clean and well decorated and equipped. Really nice to stay in a great property with our dog, from our experiences this is rare! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting that tranquil time away. Thank you ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean on arrival with plenty of fresh towels for both the hot tub and the shower. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was checked twice daily, so felt assured the hot tub was clean and safe to use. James was responsive and helpful when messaged. There was a lovely walk nearby too. The space felt peaceful and private.

We wanted somewhere to switch off and just take in the nature and this is exactly it! Cosy, warm, comfortable, private completed with the most beautiful surroundings. Waking up with the horses and birds while relaxing in the hot tub was the highlight. Katie truly has done a wonderful job with that space and we’ll definitely be back!

Ideal little get away. I ended up going on my own and needed a quiet retreat. It is close enough to others that I didn't feel isolated, but wasn't bothered at all whilst there. Lovely spot looking over the lake and the fields beyond and a cosy cabin. Pretty much everything I needed, thank you for the welcome pack. I would agree that a stove top would be useful in the kitchenette. Hot water pressure is also very low. Great for the dog, but be aware if you bring dogs, that the area is not fully fenced and there is livestock around. Will definitely be returning, thank you 😊

The cottage was amazing as well as the hot tub!! They provided towels, and body wash which was great! They also provided coffee and tea facilities, with an added brucey bonus of a bottle of wine. Which was a great touch. We would definitely recommend 👌

We loved our stay at Woodward Lakes. It was so incredibly comfortable and the views are amazing. There's wonderful wildlife and the landscaping is really lovely. There's a huge deck to soak up the sun and Andy has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Everything is high quality, from the crockery to the bedding and the interior is luxurious. We can't wait to return!!

Booked this stay as a last minute get away and we absolutely loved it, the pod is great and it has a gate to keep your dog inside! Toilet and shower rooms are spotless. The fishing lakes are lovely, Adele is great and is everything you look for in a host. Had a fantastic time and will be rebooking as soon as I’ve posted this review!

Just what we needed - and more. A local base to bed-down whilst visiting family nearby - without getting under their feet too much. All clean, tidy and cosy. Kate was super-welcoming - showing us to the door and checking we could operate the heating, etc. A lovely setting, right on the waterfront. A handy location for the new Vermuyden Way parkrun which has recently started in Belton/Sandtoft.

We had a lovely two nights at Ian's lodge. The park it's located in is peaceful and well-maintained, and the lodge itself felt like a cosy home away from home. Everything was very clean and comfortable, with a thoughtful welcome pack and supplies provided in the fridge. Only a few minutes from a nature reserve and about 15-20 minutes from the centre of Lincoln, it's in an ideal location for exploring the city and local area, with all the benefits of being in the countryside. There's a lovely little lake on site, and despite being in quite close proximity to some main roads, you'd never know they were there! Ian was quick to respond to our queries and very friendly. We'd certainly recommend it and would love to stay there again - the kids didn't want to leave!

Totally enjoyed our one night stay, only wised it had been for longer. Beautifully furnished with attention to details, lovely treats left for us for breakfast were much appreciated. We enjoyed the riverside walk to the shoulder of mutton that Martin had suggested for a pint or two, perfect after our long journey. Loved our stay and have already recommended it to the rest of the family. well done Martin.

Lovely place, very clean, great location. The cabin had the most amenities of any place we have ever stayed. lots of little touches to make it a lovely stay. The wildlife on the lake was captivating. The cabin was spacious, warm, homely, comfortable and directly overlooked the lake. The massive clubhouse just a short walk away. Lots of walks around the lakes. Trish was a great host with excellent, helpful communication. Highly recommended!

Paul’s place is exactly as he advertises, a fun and comfortable man cave (though women are allowed too!). The pull-out bed was comfortable for my gf and me. The place was clean, the TV was big, the underfloor heating worked, and most importantly for us, we were able to bring our dog with us. Not many other places in Sheffield let you do that, so it was a perfect place for our stay.

A perfect stay. The accommodation was beautiful right on the lakeside with ducks welcoming us. Lovely touches such as fairy lights, Prosecco, chocolates.Alexa.Spotlessly clean with a great shower and comfy bed. The location was perfect for us very private and peaceful and walkable to a pub. We visited Sherwood Forest easily and Idle Valley Nature Reserve. Definitely the best place we have stayed in the U.K. and I have already recommended to others. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

My son and I stayed here for two nights to break the journey from South Wales to watch our football team lose away at Grimsby - and I’m really glad we found it. It was the perfect quirky retreat - we loved having a woodburner so we could enjoy a roaring fire, and we had a brilliant time birdwatching in the nearby College Woods. There were also plenty of games and activities on site so we both had a very welcome break from screens and distractions. Patrick could not have been more helpful and gave us plenty of good recommendations for places to visit locally. It was a lovely couple of days (despite the football!) and I’m so glad we made a proper weekend of it.

It’s a lovely cube room with some lovely facilities near to it , on a tranquil farm area in East Yorkshire near to a nice local town . Very comfy , has bathroom , entertainment room . Very cosy and warm . Good price too and the host is very helpful, great hospitality.
