Vacation rentals with a patio in Eppstein

Apartment with a beautiful view of the Schrebergaerten. Large balcony. A plus point of the available parking space for one car. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very pleased and would book here again.

The place was perfectly fine for our needs. The building has been newly restored. The terrace allows a beautiful view of nature and the castle. It is probably not desired to bathe because there was no tub plug for this, but I think you would get one when asked, as we were also provided with bed linen and toilet paper. The amenities are tidy and of sufficient quality. Would book again if needed.

We found everything like the description. Everything new, clean, tidy. The apartment was well heated, at current temperatures below zero. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thanks Julia and Juri

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

Very nice hosts, friendly and accommodating . Great apartment with everything you need. A really nice property with great opportunities to relax or get together for grilling and chilling. The only annoyance was the coffee maker, took a very long time for the coffee to run through. We missed a thermos too. But that was really the only thing. Otherwise, we can't report anything negative. Definetly recommend.

Both rooms tastefully and practically furnished; single beds 120 cm wide - very comfortable; in the kitchen everything necessary is available, fridge even with freezer compartment. Spacious bathroom with good storage options. Apartment located on a park, quiet and with beautiful views of the countryside, a few minutes' walk to tram stop, bakeries and supermarket. Communication with Razzaq at any time and promptly, key handover directly on site and adapted to our arrival. A great stay!! Highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome from Tom, who showed us the apartment and explained everything. There was free water and a bottle of wine and tips for good food. We immediately felt really comfortable and spent a few very nice days in a cozy, very clean apartment with magnificent views of the Rhine and the castle opposite, which is wonderfully illuminated in the evening. It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we could find everything and were able to arrive and leave again quite comfortably. We were greeted with a small gift in the form of drinks and fruit, which we were very happy about. We can only recommend it. Thank you very much.

Lovely clean place. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication worked very well. The train station is a few minutes away. You don't hear any trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting with the two of them. We felt very comfortable.
