Rich bird and wildlife attached to it which is northern Europe's largest freshwater delta: The Islander. Sheep-breading and kurauting can be heard in the distance. The cabin has electricity and no running water. Guests must bring drinking water in 10-liter cans that are sold in grocery stores. For washing dishes and washing you pick up water in the lake. Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The house is furnished with norwegian design, second hand and hand made book shelves. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation. I am a certified forest bathing guide.

Cabin with large terrace, garden and private jetty for rent. Here there is a small boat with an electric motor, two kayaks and a SUP board and a larger floating mattress. Kitchen with running water and dishwasher and gas grill on the terrace. WC and a small bathroom without shower. Gas fired outdoor shower. 2 bedrooms inside the cabin and possibility to sleep in the outdoor shed as well. Living room with fireplace and large sofa nook and a practical dining table.

Apartment on the smallholding

Here's an amazing place to get away, or if you just need a bed and sleep in! Parking space just outside the terrace of the apartment. Quiet surroundings, possibility and fire up in the fire pit (wood we have) In the summertime we set up trampolines. Short distance to shops and the nature around the house 😊 It is possible for 2 extra people, as the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. There is a dining room table to set up. We have 2 rabbits and 2 cats on the farm.

If you want a different holiday / weekend then this may be the place. The place is in the woods but easily accessible, close to water and 30 min from Oslo) No water or electricity but a lot of wood and candles in stock. Enjoy the day with great walks in the beautiful woodland, wooded sauna and hot tub. and in the evening by a solid fireplace. Or maybe a fishing trip in the lake, smoking in the smokehouse and a better meal with own ingredients. Min. 2 nights
