We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 young kids. The kids really enjoyed the kids room and bunk beds. Check-in and check-out was very easy. You cannot beat the location. So much to see within walking distance. Easy to go back to the apartment to defrost a little then head right back out. There is a little bar right next door and on Saturday night you heard people in the street until pretty late from one of the bedrooms, but other than that it was a very peaceful street. It was challenging carrying the heavy luggage or a stroller up the steep steps, but we knew that ahead of time and managed. For elderly people I could see it being quite a challenge. We would love to come back again.

Perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, with neat decor and all the comforts you need. Location is ideal, close to all amenities and places to visit. Oktey and his wife were our CHRISTMAS GIFT. after a night in Colmar, we decided to add an extra night to avoid heavy fatigue when we returned to Paris. What a nice surprise! welcoming , warm , very attentive owner with hearts on hand. this cottage has made all children happy as mothers;)

Great stay in Colmar and Nathalie's! The accommodation is impeccable, cozy and functional. Not necessarily easy to watch TV, if people wish, being in the bed and not sitting on a couch. But Colmar and its surroundings deserves to be outside to visit. As there was work, the noise started early in the morning but that's the only 'negative' point I will say about the stay; The accommodation is in a great location, everything is done on foot and access to the parking is a real plus. It's really close to the place so it's ideal. All instructions are clear and given prior to arrival. Nathalie is very responsive if needed. We are immediately immersed in the festive atmosphere of the city of Colmar. A real beautiful discovery and also the surroundings with lots of small villages to visit and in which to wander and eat. We're so excited!

We were now in this apartment for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The apartment is furnished with everything you need and what is useful. The location is ideal for exploring the Alsace, on foot you are in the center of Munster in a few minutes. We will be back!!

The apartment is in a great location sinceit is close to downtown and therefore to Christmas markets. Seemingly nice with the very nice balneo bathtub after a walk in the cold. I would recommend this place for a romantic weekend.

This place is wonderful. It has a lot of comfort with very high quality beds and linen. The bathroom is a separate show, huge, comfortable, shower with plenty of pressure and all the necessary items for hygiene. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. It has all the items needed to cook during the entire stay. The silverware is in very good taste. Every place in the house offers indescribable comfort to the guest. The balcony reveals a breathtaking view, and it also has a warm hot tub that provides amazing family moments with spectacular views. Anyway, it's a dream house! The desire is to live in it!

We had a wonderful and very relaxing time in the loft. If you have large cooking projects, it may be good to bring one or the other utensils, but basic equipment was available as promised and Maxime provided us with even more pots on request. Hot tub and everything else was delightful.

Very pleasant and clean accommodation. Close to Colmar with great ease of parking. The area is quiet. Jacuzzi is really a plus especially when it's cold outside!! Very nice welcome. I recommend it!!

We were guests of Frederic after Christmas to see Colmar and the other villages. We had a really good time, the house was comfortable and warm despite the outdoor temperature being below 0. Frederic and his partner were very kind and provided us with a cot for our 9-month-old daughter. I highly recommend it for those who want to spend their holidays in the area. Positive note: There is a restaurant less than a 1 minute walk away and it's very good.
