We had a great and comfortable stay here. The selection of games to choose from and location to the beach made it amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay! The unit was even more beautiful than we imagined – so cozy and inviting. The living room had the perfect vibe for relaxing, and the deck was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect spot to unwind with nature all around. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were also so touched by the thoughtful treat left for us, it was such a sweet and personal touch. It really made us feel at home right away.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful cosy home — especially for something that’s pet friendly! Has a lot of character, feels inviting and the view is remarkable. Plenty of space and fantastic for big family groups. Games and outdoor space a big plus. Cons: If I had to nitpick I would say there’s no wifi, but when on holidays it shouldn’t matter too much. A few minor cobwebs in very quiet corners of the house but it added to the homely country house vibe.

Perfect location, less that 5 mins walk in either direction to Horseshoe Bay and The Strand cafes/groceries/pub. We stayed with a 4 year old - back yard is enclosed, and the house is lovely and comfortable. Separate toilet outside is handy (especially if staying with more than three ppl). Laundry with an easy-to-use washing machine. Kitchen had everything we need. Beds super comfortable. Whole stay was great! Melissa was a great host - we know the area well so didn’t need recommendations, but we had one minor issue when we blew a fuse, and Mel popped around herself to sort out. Super helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

My friends and I had the most wonderful and relaxing stay. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed for a picnic at the beach, a long lunch and movie night. The proximity to shops and local cafes was also excellent. We will definitely be return guests!

We’ll be back! Fantastic value for money. Convenient location with plenty to do. Very high quality ammenities and very comfortable furnishings. Host was friendly and very accommodating allowing us to check in early on a 40+ degree day. We might have just discovered a new annual family tradition.

A fantastic place to stay. Walking distance to everything including the supermarket. Spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen.

Fabulous accommodation. Modern with high quality furniture and fittings. Great outdoor entertaining area which includes large hot tub spa. So many little extras provided. Very quiet location, short walk to the beach and cafes. Jonesy was very approachable, friendly and communicated well. This stay is highly recommended.

This is our second stay at Tracey and Thomas's place. Its within walking distance to the beach, Jetty and main street of Victor. Woolworths, Big W and cafes are also close by. Its a peaceful, quiet spot. Always clean with all the amenities needed. Terrific to have milk, tea and coffee provided as well as a nice packet of biscuits. We had a lovely stay..thankyou.
