Vacation rentals with a pool in Emilia-Romagna

We stayed at the villa for a week for our honeymoon and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were. Marco greeted us and walked us up to the villa and left some lovely surprises for as he knew what we were celebrating. The communication we had was great as Marco was always quick to respond when we needed help with any issues. We used the pool on a day which was so lovely and relaxing and although Marco and his parents lived on the property they gave us lots of privacy to enjoy our time there. The BnB is in a lovely location as you have different cities in either location to visit and lovely restaurants that are recommended by Marco. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

A beautiful cottage! Giuliana was so helpful with booking reservations, helping us get a Taxi when we needed it, helping when we had some issues with our young children. We were very appreciative of her! The kids loved the pool and we have found a new way of making garlic bread with their delicious olive oil! We hope to be back one day!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

Alberto and Margherita always provide a warm and welcoming stay. It is great for business travel in the region.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza all’aperitivo, dalla cena servita in casa (dal ristorante!) alla colazione panoramica, l’utilizzo della piscina… semplicemente PERFETTO!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. Appartement très bien situé quelques minutes à pied du centre et de l’embarcadère pour faire un tour en bateau. Le logement était très propre et calme avec un emplacement de parking en face - petit plus il est en dehors de la zone ZTL donc pas de soucis pour y accéder en voiture. Hote super réactif et de très bon conseil.

We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!

Wir waren zu sechst und fühlten uns von Anfang an alle wohl. Wir kamen von hier überall gut hin. Hatten alles was wir brauchen zum glücklich sein. Wir waren in Mai da, und haben den Pool voll ausgenutzt. Jeden Tag kam jemand und hat sich um die Sauberkeit im Garten und Pool gekümmert. 2 separate Wohnungen, ideal für mehr als eine Familie.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Beautiful palazzo, even better than the pictures. Very spacious with multiple bathrooms. Everything clean and ever amenity you could think of. Very friendly and flexible hosts who provided us with water to use wine we could drink and olive oil we could buy. Could not recommend enough.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Finka von Leonardo :-) die Finka liegt auf einem sehr schönen Hügel mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal. In der Finka findet man insgesamt vier Badezimmer und somit reichlich Platz, um auch mit bis zu 10 Personen morgens schnell fertigzuwerden. Außerdem ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer inkl. Fernseher enthalten, wo man auch mal gemeinsam ein wenig Zeit drinnen verbringen kann, wenn es einem draußen zu warm wird. Der Außenbereich ist auch super mit einem Holzkohlegrill, einer Veranda mit genügend Platz und noch ein wenig Liegefläche. Der Pool ist 20-30 Meter vom Haus entfernt und sehr groß. Grundausstattung ist (entgegen der Beschreibung) übrigens auch enthalten! Bei sonstigen Angelegenheiten ist Leonardo immer hilfsbereit. Zwei Tipps noch für die Unterkunft: Bringt Mücken-/Bremsenspray (v.a. Für den Pool abends) mit und am besten genug Reifenprofil und PS, um die Anfahrt hoch auf den Hügel zu meistern. 10/10 would recommend! :-)

We verbleven in deze prachtige Toscaanse villa, volledig in authentieke Italiaanse stijl. Het huis ligt op een schitterende locatie met uitzicht over Montecatini – ’s avonds een zee van lichtjes! Door oponthoud onderweg kwamen we pas om 23.00 uur aan, maar dat was voor Cristina geen enkel probleem. Ze wachtte ons vriendelijk op en nam ruim de tijd om ons alles te laten zien. Cristina is een uitstekende gastvrouw en de communicatie verliep vlot en prettig in het Engels. De villa is erg privé, met een groot afgesloten terrein en een hek rondom. Parkeren kan gewoon op eigen terrein. Een kleine tip voor toekomstige gasten: volg niet blindelings je routeplanner. Die stuurt je via een smal kronkelpad waar je nauwelijks met één auto overheen kan. Neem bij voorkeur de route via de andere kant. Het zwembad is ’s avonds sfeervol verlicht en de omgeving biedt tal van mooie uitstapjes naar stadjes als Lucca, Florence, Pistoia en Siena. We komen graag nog eens terug!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
