Nice host who responds super quickly. Nice place to stay. It is super close to the metro, so you are very quickly in the center of Madrid.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Francisco's beautiful apartment! He is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive, understanding, and provided fantastic local recommendations and helpful information. When we made a mistake with our booking, he accommodated us immediately without any hassle. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four; having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was a real luxury. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a bus station and within walking distance to the metro. Plus, the area felt peaceful and secure. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay at Francisco's place again. Highly recommend and 5 bright stars!

Marias place was comfortable for our group and close to the airport. If you are wanting to spend time in Madrid, it’s a bit far, but our goal was to be near the airport for an early flight so we weren’t bothered by the distance. There is plenty of space.

It's a very comfortable, quiet loft, without any noise. Easy to park with parking at the property. Good air conditioning. The gym and paddle tennis court are also very good, too bad that due to the time of year, we could not use the rooftop jacuzzi. Maria is always attentive, making everything easy. A fantastic host. The loft was very clean and new. Time has passed very quickly. Thank you

Very comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and they are ready to give you the correct directions to get there. The apartment is very close to the subway entrance that takes you downtown and there is a square nearby to have a quiet drink. The hardest part is parking nearby, but it's true that just 8 minutes from the apartment, you can leave your car in the cemetery area. Overall, I'm very, very happy !!!

great place and people

Aurora is a delight, always communicative, and offering to help. We didn't have the Nespresso coffee maker because we brought capsules, and the next day first thing she had it available for us. The house is cozy, clean and great to spend a few days with friends and family. It's a pleasure to have people who open the doors of their house with such affection and hospitality. Without a doubt, it's one of those places that envelops you. Everything is well decorated, its patio is very nice for a BBQ or Paella, and the cellar where they have the wine jars takes you back to another era, a real treat!!!

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated her warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Jea, for making my stay so pleasant and easy. The house was great, with everything you need. To travel with children is very good, the washer and dryer are a plus! The domotica worked very well, and our son loved it! she kept asking alexa of everything... While we were staying there the blackout happened and Miguel was very attentive. Not being able to contact by phone with us I show up there to see if we were okay, much could not help us because we were all with the same problems. The next day she had the detail to bring us some chocolate palmeritas that were...of mortal sin! The cleanliness was correct, in addition to the house being practically new inside, new appliances, the bathroom also very well and plenty of space to store our clothes. Un luxury to have stayed there, Miguel is a host of 10! We surely repeat!

Perfect place to visit Madrid. Helena and Ra are attentive and respond to all your requests. Metro 5 is at the foot of the accommodation and gives access to the whole city in less than an hour for the most distant destinations. The bedroom and bedding are very comfortable and allow a restful night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. There are many restaurants at affordable prices nearby. The amenities are functional and meet the essential needs. We'll be happy to go back.

Extraordinary accommodation. Everything was super clean and tidy. Ideal for enjoying as a family with small children. Small garden but really well used, with children's games, a barbecue, and a private pool. Ideal for a good vacation.

Mr. Edwin is a great host. He lives in the same flat. So check in was easy. The property is around 1 km walking distance from San lorenzo metro station Pros: 1) Clean property with private bathroom. 2) Shared kitchen place with host. But he kept everything in order 3) Every step like ckeck in, house rules, ckeck out was very clear. 4) He was always responsive. Recommend us about night travels, local shops. Cons: Nearest Metro around 1 km walking distance. But it was not an issue with us. overall great stay for few nights

Alejandra and Borja's condo was beautiful, clean (oh so clean!), comfortable, and had everything I needed for a five-day stay in Madrid. The bed was great, the bathroom was large and the shower had great pressure. I enjoyed staying in a quiet, peaceful part of the city, and taking the Metro to easily get to the touristic sites, and then escaping back to quiet and peace. The best part about this Airbnb, is Alejandra and Borja. They are welcoming, kind, and helpful. I am so glad I got to stay with them. They want their guests to have a great experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb, and if I return to Madrid, I will try to stay here again.
