Cabin vacation rentals in Elk Lake

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The cabin was beautiful and the perfect size for the four of us. It had everything we needed and the host even provided delicious baked goods, eggs, milk and more. The backyard hot tub and bbq were great. The host was extremely communicative and so lovely to deal with. Will definitely be coming back the next chance I get!

Overall, we would happily visit again. I live near the area where this is situated, but had family visit from abroad, so needed a bigger place. The view was amazing and super tranquil. The BBQ was amazing. The hot tub was used and calming. There was a deck to jump off into the lake which was refreshing in the summer weather. The fire pit was one of our favourite elements. The pedlo boat was HILARIOUS fun (highly recommend). We cannot talk this place up anymore if we tried. If it was a little cheaper, I would make regular visits as we are only in the door step, but you won’t regret this stay. Get Booking! Some great memories to come away with! Thank you all!!! 😊

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay ever! The views are insanely beautiful..it was honestly mind blowing! Sunny and Aparna went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable and well taken care of. They were the most friendly and helpful hosts we have encountered. The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. We very strongly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage!

We had a great gals weekend at Chris' place. It was a beautiful spot and had everything we needed! We loved reading on the deck, cooking meals together in the spacious kitchen and soaking in the hot tub. Great location for day trips to French beach, Sooke Potholes and stoked pizza. We all agreed, we would love to book again for next years trip! :) Thanks for everything!

Luen’s place is a slice of heaven. We quickly extended our stay and began looking at property locally it was so beautiful. It was peaceful and everything you would want from an Island vacation. I would highly recommend to anyone and I know we’ll be back. Luen was responsive and provided lots of insight into the Island. Her recommendations on restaurants and adventures were spot on. An off season stay means you get the unparalleled Puget Sound views and also quiet and peace. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Go grocery shopping on the way to the ferry in Anacortes and the cabin has all the equipment you need to cook. Drive from the ferry dock was short, beautiful, and well-signed.

We loved our weekend at this home on Orcas. The location was great to wake up to and the home was well stocked and clean when we arrived and had tons of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great and well-furnished air b n b. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cooking basics. The place was clean. Even though the bed was a bit low, it was comfortable. The location was also convenient, and was near to the ferry terminal, Galiano Junction and Bellhouse Provincial Park. Very responsive owner. Thanks for a peaceful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was charming, spotless, and incredibly cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was fully stocked with all the appliances and essentials we needed. One of our favorite parts was the patio, which looked magical at night with all the twinkling lights. We were initially unsure about the walk from the ferry terminal, but it was actually very manageable and quite pleasant. Carol was an exceptional host—super responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions. She even asked which ferry we’d be arriving on, ensured the cabin was cleaned in time, and generously offered us an early check-in. Absolutely a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Scott’s cabin! The place is absolutely adorable—nestled in the woods with a peaceful pond right out our door, it was the perfect nature escape. We booked last minute, and Scott couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The cabin is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Everything was clean, cozy, and well thought out. We truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay again!

This was such a lovely place for my friends and I to stay for the weekend! The location is absolutely beautiful and so quiet. Vilupti was an amazing host and offered local recommendations and great energy! We loved the water access from the property and the beautiful songbirds in the morning. Will definitely be booking this place again :)

This was our second stay at Cottage-in-the-Barn and it was as lovely and peaceful as we remembered. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and sitting on the porch listening to the rain.

Beautiful property and very cool house; as advertised. The owners live on the same property in a seperate building, but they give you your privacy and it didn't bother us at all. Love the way the place was decorated, and the master bed was very comfortable (can't speak for the other 2 beds as there was only my partner and I). The deer and rabits outside the window when we woke up was a nice surprise! It is about a 25min drive away to get anywhere, but the country neighborhood is nice to drive through. Lots of walking/hiking trails in the area. Would recommend!

This quaint little beach cabin was the perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed waking up to the peaceful sounds of the waves on the beach, warming ourselves by the wood fire and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of each day. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I think this may have been one of the most peaceful & quite places we’ve stayed in. Sat for hours on the deck just watching the wildlife & reading the day away. The hosts were very responsive & gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

I couldn’t rave more about John, not only did he have the most beautiful house for us to celebrate in, but his instructions for us to find beach access (our own private beach area too!) were clear and easy to follow. John was responsive and so helpful especially at the end of our trip. One of our cars couldn’t start and when we asked John if he had jumper cables he came and spent hours with us trying to get the car going! He is forever our angel, and an unforgettable person for our bachlorette getaway!

A beautiful and serene stay at this adorable cottage. Lots of love and care have gone into ensuring a most pleasant stay. Just a short drive from Gagnes village for restaurants and local artisans galore. Host was always responsive when needed. Bed was super comfy and the heated bathroom floor was a delight during the cooler evenings. Would highly recommend this quaint stay!

I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for quiet, conveniently located spot in Chemainus. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my 2 month stay! Sharon was a wonderful host and also went above and beyond to help me during a snowstorm this past month. I will definitely be back!!

A beautiful and peaceful property just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to Eastsound. The location was perfect for our family, quiet and scenic, but still very accessible to town. We loved our stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. It was super cozy and the perfect home base for exploring the island! Our hosts were very responsive and proactive in their communication and had many great suggestions for things to see and do nearby. It’s definitely rustic, so if you’re looking for luxury this may not be the place for you. But we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable stay in the country.
