I was very happy with the stay and with how warmly I was welcomed. The space is cozy, and I felt truly at home. I intend to return other times and will certainly choose the loft again to stay. 😊

Alexandre's apartment is very organized, with planned furniture that provides a lot of comfort, several kitchen utensils, and basic items such as salt, sugar, oil, aluminum foil and cleaning products that make it much easier for those who are going to spend a few days away from home. The bed is exceptional, very comfortable and the room is a very good size. The items that made a difference were the water filter and the washing machine, I didn't have to go out to buy water and wash clothes, it was very comfortable. I would certainly stay at Alexandre's apartment again.

Adenildo shows total attention and affection to guests, by caring about every detail of the accommodation. I really enjoyed the days I spent in the penthouse, nothing was missing! Excellent option when you go to Porto Alegre. Thank you 😉

With a privileged location, a few minutes from the main access roads to large urban centers, this apartment is in a quiet and well-lit area. It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and has a very nice outdoor space to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms are bright and offer lovely views. Simply perfect the stay. Exactly as in the photos, if not even more beautiful in person. Super well-equipped, beautiful view, centralized location. Extremely clean linens and towels. Communication with Lucas was super easy, making him an excellent host. We will definitely return 10/10
