It was beyond my expectations. The environment is super well equipped, I was able to do a lot of things on foot nearby. Alexandre was an excellent host, very helpful and was very empathetic about my check-in and check-out times. It will certainly be my first choice if a new opportunity arises.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. A great place to spend the day, I had to do some work today in the office and the place was very quiet and I was able to have my meetings quietly. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. When I go to Porto Alegre again I will book with them, as they were very reliable and transparent at all times.

We loved our stay, we went with our children and another couple "My brother and his wife". Mr. Sergio was very polite and generous, accommodated us very well, always ready to serve us.
