Great stay at Sophie and David's. Very clean, functional, comfortable and quiet accommodation. The location is superb with the Seine right there for a stroll. Regarding the parking space, we did not dare to park there because it was narrow and required a lot of maneuvering, but there are parking spaces nearby so it was not a problem. Hosts are very responsive, good communication. In summary, we recommend this listing!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is well furnished. It is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed the view, enjoyed the sunset and the garden terrace.

Beautiful location , Cosy house , nice decorated , and so clean . Our family spend wonderful time here . Jacuzzi plce is very clean , .everything is provided. You feel like in the heaven , with privacy and birds singing. Mathieu is very helpful. Even the house is in the middle of nowhere same time is close to the town , restaurants, shops ect . If you looking for relax and charging you batteries..this is perfect place to stay . This first place that I wish to came back in another time .

The accommodation is really conveniently located for visiting the city. Very cozy, very clean and perfectly equipped. Very well heated, which is great, I'm sensitive to the cold. We parked our car at the station parking lot, very good option. Clément is proactive, excellent communication and very pleasant exchanges. Frankly, we know where to stay for our next visit to Rouen. Great value for money to note. We're thrilled 🤩

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, central and close to many restaurants, cafes and monuments. A special mention for the beautiful terrace. Suitable for two-maxi three people, mini bedroom with compact but comfortable bed. Perfect for our two-night stay.
