This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

An excellent place to enjoy with friends or family. The house is very nice, spacious and clean, as shown in the photos. Very quiet and excellent views of the sea. I hope to return soon 🤩🥳

We stayed 11 people and it is definitely a villa worth it, the drawback is that it is a little far away but nothing out of the ordinary, if you are looking for a quiet accommodation this is the one recommended, spacious rooms, the air conditioning works super well, it cools quite well, and also Lorena is always on top of everything and very attentive, her personalized attention 10/10, I definitely recommend it

Our stay at Hacienda was great! The condo has everything you need and very comfy. Beds were comfortable, nice linens and good pillows. Lots of modern upgrades and new bathrooms as well. Was a great stay and we will be back for sure.

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

we liked the place, at first I was afraid of the terracería, it is a very small stretch and worth it! my haunted and entertaining daughters had board games and children's books and the one next to the play area of the place, it was comfortable to see them from the balcony. super well distributed and nice! I recommend it 👌

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Mornings began with tropical bird songs and breakfast on the sunny deck with a view of the Sea of Cortez. The bed was very comfortable, the shower luxurious, and the kitchen well-equipped for simple meals. We enjoyed a few refreshing swims in the shared pool. Erika was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Restaurants and shops in Costa Azul and San José del Cabo were just a short Uber ride away. We also rented a car to explore the area and loved visiting the nearby Palmilla public beach. The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, which made us feel safe and relaxed. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Amazing people, amazing apartment, absolute value

This was such an excellent home! We were welcomed with fresh Guac, flowers and beautiful views! Carlos’s was Fabulous and very helpful when we needed anything. Loved having all the beach gear there. We took it and explored all the local beaches. The daily cleaning lady was incredibly helpful. Felt like you were really in a private resort. The pool was the right temperature day and night. We enjoyed the fire pits and bbq. We had friends in the nieghborhood and it was so special to get together. The gym was well equipped and used everyday! Thank you Kelly for making this senior trip for us and our friends so incredible! We loved your home and thankful to have had such a great experiance.

The house is as it appears on the Airbnb site, very spacious , well appointed and very well stocked. We appreciated the pack and play which Daniel purchased. Our 11 month old granddaughter slept in it very comforatbly and safely. The kitchen had everything that was needed. There was also ample beach equipment; chairs , umbrellas, towels, boogie boards. The roof terrace afforded a magnificient view over Cabo San Lucas. The amenities were great as well. We used the fitness centre and pools a lot. There is a good sushi restaurant(Kendo) and coffee bar(Dolcevilla) nearby. Fresko grocery store is a 10 minute drive and there is also a fish market nearby. There is construction behind the house but it was not too loud. However the construction did create dust which limited outdoor eating somewhat.
