My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

This listing was beyond beautiful!! Yohani has taken her time and put thought into her home. I was shocked to find basic cooking needs and accommodations like cold water and even little bags of cereal. She's thought about everything. We had a bit of trouble finding the house BUT Yohani was quick to respond and very attentive. Definitely whenever we come it'll be our house to stay at 10/10.

just the best service possible, it is the second time we have come and my pet was lost due to an accident, enoe was so good that he even asked for help to look for it and finally, after a whole morning, we managed to find it. The place is spacious and cute, minutes away from several restaurants and places to shop, we will definitely be back soon 🫶🏻

Great rancho at the beach in Costa de Sol. Really nice garden setting right on the beach with a great area near the beach with hammocks and a stellar view. The caretaker was responsive to everything we asked for and otherwise did not intrude on our enjoyment of the house. The pool is really pretty and love that it is surrounded by nice garden and not just concrete. It felt really safe and welcoming.

We had a good time as a family. Upon arrival we were greeted by the person in charge who explained the house rules to us. The hosts were attentive and responded to our messages as soon as they could. We are invited to return.

Amazing place to stay at. Was close to the beach and walking distance to shopping center. The surrounding area was very safe and peaceful. Would definitely come back!

We loved Jeremy's house. The house is very clean and big. Angela, the housekeeper, is a very good person. She welcomed us very kindly and helped us with whatever we asked without any problem. One thing they could improve would be the gate, since it was always a problem not being able to open it. It's a bit complicated.

Isaac and his team were great hosts. The view from the pool alone makes this home the perfect spot to celebrate any occasion. My friends and I felt at ease with the privacy and safety this home offered. Plenty of room for larger groups.

I spent three weeks solo travelling around El Salvador, wanted to end on the beach for a few days. I was looking for privacy and a safe, quiet place. Shireen’s house was perfect, I couldn’t have wished for more. Beautiful and practical; thoughtful arrangements throughout the property. The beach is a few minutes’ walk away, the garden is peaceful, loved spending time there. Shireen was really helpful, her guides to the house/town are incredibly informative and clear. I wish I could have stayed for longer!

This place is a beautiful paradise. Very scenic, peaceful and staff is amazing, always accommodating. They def went above and beyond. Few draw backs is the heat in the centrally located areas. It’s is really out so be prepared for that. The climb up the path to get to the house is brutal when you travel with elders, babies and lots of luggage.

I had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The pool and outdoor area was amazing, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything in the home was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The air conditioning worked well in the rooms, and the house naturally cooled off in the evenings, which was perfect. The host Giovanni was super kind and professional, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches—even hats in case you forgot yours (which was great because it’s a very sunny!). The pool was cleaned daily, and all the amenities worked flawlessly. The only minor downside was that Uber drivers had a little trouble finding the location, even with directions. However, the upside is that the area is very safe, secure, and private. Plus, it’s just minutes away from local attractions and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

My elder parents and I had a good time. We extended out stay without a problem. We looked up this place late in the evening and he accepted it in less than 10 min. Loved the place.

Raul was a tremendous host. His house is amazing and provides all the amenities listed. Great kitchen, bedrooms and a fantastic pool to enjoy with your traveling party that has privacy. The beach is within walking distance from the house. Additionally there is a bbq grille available in case you want to grill during your stay. The house is very clean and the house being multi-level allows you to use the patio level and enjoy views of the beach. Another added bonus is that is that there is a shopping complex about 2 mins away that has great restaurants and a super market. Raul was very responsive and addressed all my concerns. This is a house that you will want to come back to again and again! Very impressed with my stay!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and comfortable. There are modern amenities with great AC units in each room plus light blocking curtains. There was great plumbing and a water heater! Don Carlos was so nice and very eager to help. The hosts put a high chair and comfortable travel crib at the home which made it so much easier to care for our son. They also recommended a local spa that did an amazing house call for us. Alejandro was so quick to respond to all our messages. We loved this home and highly recommend!

Silvia's house in this residential is one of the best! It is private, safe, clean, and cozy. Silvia and her group of hosts are the best. They made us feel at home; they took excellent care of us! We were two guesses at first; my aunt joined us on the last day. We had no problem. Other homeowners at this residence complex are a nightmare if you don't report the correct number of guests to them. Silvia and her crew made us feel like their family; they were always aware of our comfort in their home. We were treated with kindness and respect. It is very helpful to know that your host cares for you, especially when you are in a country where you have no family to look after you. I will not hesitate to book this house again. Thank you, Silvia. You and your crew are an excellent host.
