Farmstay vacation rentals in El Salvador

The Clouds of the Pital, give what it offers and more, it is an excellent option to connect with nature, the super cool climate, the attention of Tobias and his wife is the best, they are friendly and attentive. It is a different option, being ecological, but totally recommended, it is a unique experience and we can repeat it again, we spend it with peace, quiet, and like at home.

Our stay was overall wonderful. The hosts were responsive and accommodating to our requests. The house itself was beautiful—comfortable and tastefully furnished with charming, hacienda-style décor. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with most essentials we needed. While the location is a bit remote and intricate to find, it added to the retreat-like feel of the property. Two of the bedrooms unfortunately do not have air conditioning which in ES is necessary, especially during the afternoon. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the lush garden surroundings inside the property were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of fruit trees and even horses grazing nearby—a nice touch. The lakefront could use some improvement, cleaning of the vegetation or a pier, but you can walk to a nearby small beach area for access. There are also local restaurants nearby. A special mention to Juan, the property caretaker—he was phenomenal. Incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive.

Maria's place is absolutely incredible. It is a nestled in a beautiful and peaceful setting away from the city. Maria was also an excellent host. Highly recommend!

I like peaceful places. This place is where you want to be ! I'll recommend it to all of my family and friends. The lake is within 5 min and the view is beautiful !

One of our favorite places

It's our second time in Santa Maria and our vacation is certainly great! Don Chepito is always attentive and ready to help. The tranquility you feel on the property is incredible, relaxing… simply spectacular. We hope to return soon !

Had a lovely stay here - the hosts were very welcoming. The room was nice and clean and had AC. The food was lovely too! We got an Uber here but would really recommend having a rental car if you’re visiting. There isn’t too much to do within walking distance so you are a bit restricted without a car. We were looking to chill out so wasn’t an issue for us but something to bear in mind!

Beautiful place, ideal for connecting

Maria Fernanda’s place was wonderful. The grounds are immaculate. You can tell that much time is taken to create a beautiful peaceful environment. My kids really enjoyed the play area. Victor was super helpful and made sure we were able to get where we needed to go when we decided to visit Juayua town. Lastly, we had a family emergency and Maria Fernanda was so understanding and accommodating when we needed to make changes. Thanks Maria for a great stay!

The place is just as they describe it, nice, spacious the pool is a great attraction for the place, everything is very good although for the price you should invest a little more in the beds specifically the mattresses were all too uncomfortable despite that with my family we had a great time! and the super friendly host

Beautiful location. It has lots of places to walk and explore. It was really really windy the day we were there but still enjoyable and the views are incredible. The lady that helps out on the property took us on a walk down to the river which was nice. When they say 4x4 it is no joke, it was over an hour and a half of straight up the mountain and bad road so take that into consideration with time as well.

My family and I loved our stay here! Beautiful and mesmerizing views. The house and property is actually is a lot bigger and spacious than I expected. Mrs. Marisela was very communicative, accommodating, and attentive to us the entire time. The grounds keeper (Mr. Juan) brought down coconuts for us and also helped us order food from the locals. We ordered lunch and also had fresh bread and milk delivered early in the morning. We were also connected with local tour guides who took us through an amazing (and somewhat challenging) hike to the waterfall Roberto shows in one of the pictures listed. (It was an incredible experience, one of a lifetime!) You’ll definitely enjoy your stay here. Only thing to note is that there is no hot water. I’m not used to showering with cold-ish water so it was a little too cold for me and my son. Not a huge deal since we only stayed for one night. Definitely plan to return in the future especially since the property is about 20 min from the airport.
