Cozy and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

You will arrive at a comfortable room attached to our house, located opposite with a separate entrance, mini kitchen and bathroom just for you and a companion, and with the peace of mind that we the hosts are living in the back but we will not have contact with you unless you need us, it is a quiet and central place. We have a Siamese kitten named Botitas as a pet that walks outside, he is harmless. We are located 35 miles from Padre Island, 27 miles from Space X.
