We will definitely repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been attentive and is a very friendly and polite person, which makes you want to come back. I would only add one thing to make everything perfect, and that would be a table and chairs to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. Other than that, everything was perfect. See you next time, Gareth!

A beautiful house with pool, it had everything you need! Very clean and nicely decorated! Particularly friendly hosts, mother-in-law welcomed us warmly and showed us everything, despite the language barrier.😉 The pool was the highlight, but we also got delicious salad fresh from the garden on day 1, the whole garden with vegetables, flowers and plants is very well maintained! Thank you for everything:) A little annoying was the uncontrolled dog barking from the neighbor at all hours of the day and night! But of course the host can't do anything about that!!! House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

The house is amazing. It perfectly matches the listing description. It has everything you need, which makes you feel right at home. The pool is a plus. The two patios give the house an extra to enjoy the outdoors, the fact that it has a barbecue also adds. The area is very quiet, which is perfect if you want to rest. Patricia is an excellent host. I have had good communication with her at all times, everything has been easy. Jennifer was also very attentive and recommended a lot of places to go. I'm sure we'll be back to experience again. We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

My friends and I had a great stay at this beautiful home in Valencia! We were met by Pepi to check in, who was so nice and helpful! We were given great recommendations. Silvia was very proactive ensuring we were taken care of! The house looks even better than the the pictures! We had a great time during our stay in Valencia, and would love to stay here again!

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them was excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Vast accommodation with character, in a quiet neighborhood. Functional and clean. Very warm welcome from Carola. It provides two bikes that allow easy access to the City of Arts and Sciences in 10 minutes, the city center in 25 minutes and the beach. The presence of a patio allows meals to be taken outside. Let's wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

My friends and I had THE BEST stay here. Our host was amazing and very helpful. The house was clean and had every thing we could need. It was a bit out of the city and semi difficult to get to but worth it for the beach access. I would highly recommend staying here.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

The beachfront home and location exceeded our expectations. Walking to the beach, not a minute. Do need a car for something different, but once out you don't know where to look. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful beach, mountains and yet quiet, very friendly people. Everyone including Pilar is immediately willing to give you tips, whatever you ask for. Dénia is cozy but definitely explore the mountains too! We wish everyone a holiday and host. Again the cottage with private garden and parking in private park with swimming pool where everyone is friendly quiet and helpful. For us with all the comforts. Price-quality ratio excellent! We'd love to come back!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!
