Sebastian was super responsive and friendly, helped any thing needed(personal stuff as well like dentist etc:) . The place is great in a very well secured and friendly area. You just don’t have to look somewhere else but just pick this one, won’t regret it. Will definitely come back and stay at his place again. From the moment I walked in and turned on the warm lighting, I knew JP’s apartment was going to be like my home. The neighborhood was perfectly quiet but walkable close to anything I wanted - cafe’s restaurants, and the best gyms in El Poblado. The apartment had everything I wanted for cooking, making a smoothie, making coffee, etc. Whenever I had a question, Tere responded within 5 minutes of my message, which was incredible. The security guards were very kind but also focused on my safety in the apartment and the area overall. Thank you JP so much for crafting the best experience I could have had. When I come visit Medellin again, your apartment will be my first choice :)

really great place. perfect for my needs. just know that if you bring guests. you may have to pay an extra cost. I broke a couple of wine glasses during a crazy night. she could have raped me for them and she didn't. she didn't even charge me. I thought that was very fair. so I consider ourselves even for the extra guest charge. I think I would go back.
