Vacation rentals with a patio in El Palmar

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Great apartment for our long weekend stay. Michael was the perfect host. Best equipped home I’ve ever rented. Michael really does provide everything you could need. Lovely apartment - would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It's in a great location and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. CB Living even organised our airport transfers which were great, excellent service all around. We would definitely stay here again.

I recommend it with all my heart, the apartment is beautiful and well-maintained. Cleaned on a regular basis. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary things for everyday cooking, bathrooms are equipped with washing liquids, soaps, towels. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Directions to and finding the apartment are very clear, no one will get lost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, DO NOT HESITATE!!! YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER PLACE.

Our stay in the apartment was very good overall. Although we had some setbacks at first, such as problems with the heating and a toaster that didn't work, we managed to fix them easily. Maria was very friendly and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable. She even refunded us for the heater we bought to improve our experience. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and in an ideal location. There is a supermarket just below the house, which is very convenient, and both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor are steps away, which makes the location spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing was missing in general, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was spacious and we rested very well. Although we traveled in winter, with fewer activities available, in summer this place must be amazing. In short, it's a five-star apartment that we would recommend without hesitation.

Very nice apartment with great and roomy roof terrace! Very good location by the beach and bars. If you have car there is a convenient parking downstairs. We also stored our rental bikes downstairs. This place is ideal for cycling trips! Only small downsize during our stay was the noise coming from nearby flying school. We highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

The house is ideal, as well as comfortable. The location is perfect for those who like to be away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. I don't know if in the middle of summer the tranquility will be the same. The photos are very true to life.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

I have to say praise on Delores and her husband. The house looks cozy and is clean! There is a dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV two lovely sofas. Nice beds and a shaded terrace. Wonderful for hot summer days. There are 2 bedrooms, and a new renovated bathroom. It's a cozy place in La Marina Robello. near Camping La marina. During our stay, we were bothered by a blackout. Delores and her husband took the trouble to look us up and ask if they could do anything for us, while they couldn't do anything about it themselves. Great! I definitely want to come here again.

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

With family nearby this is becoming my second home! Very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need here. Very quick response from Lola when there was an electricity disruption ( mainly due to my confusion!) which was quickly solved. Despite cold weather, house was very warm and cosy.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

The penthouse is beautiful, with everything you need, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located within walking distance to the beach. The pool just below is great for cooling off and the kids enjoyed it very much. The best part is the terrace! It's what we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, she answers superfast and is attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely be back.

Marina was so flexible with check in as we were landing late. The apartment was amazing with everything you needed and in a fab location. Having a ramp and the lift so close to the apartment was perfect for my Dad who has limited mobility. The complex is excellent with a lovely pool bar. The apartment and whole complex was spotless. Thank you Marina.

Everything was perfect at Kenny's place. Easy to access . Recommended.

Lovely place . Spotlessly clean . Great to have 3 separate outside areas to use . Not overlooked either . We used the large rooftop solarium lots . There is also a gas barbecue here . Loads of storage and the most comfy huge bed in the main bedroom . Good showers aswell and easy to use aircon . Little utility room off the downstairs bathroom with washing machine if needed . Plenty of very nearby parking and very short walk to the swimming pool . Excellent communication from the owners and local key holder . Highly recommended . Just book it !😊

Very nice apartment and apartment complex. Nice terrace with an awning that made it comfortable to sit outside even if the sun was shining directly on you. Short distance to the pool area, which was very clean and organized. Good sun loungers with parasols. Very easy and good communication with the host, responds quickly to questions and also offers transport to and from the airport. Perhaps best suited for adults and families with slightly older children, as for example, it is not allowed to play with bath toys in the pool, and it is not allowed to play ball games in the area.

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
