What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Un soggiorno splendido, la casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. La posizione è fantastica e la zona non è da meno. Ho soggiornato un mese e devo dire che mi sono sentita davvero come se fossi a casa mia. Maria è una persona speciale è molto amichevole, è venuta incontro ad ogni mia esigenza e ha reso tutto più semplice, addirittura l’ultimo giorno ho dimenticato una cosa in casa ed è stata così gentile da portarmela dove mi trovavo. Consiglio vivamente questo splendido alloggio, che ti fa sentire veramente a casa.

Una estancia muy agradable para una despedida. Frederic siempre muy atento para todo, amable y dispuesto, incluso nos adecuó el sofá para una noche que éramos más personas. Una ubicación fenomenal para pasar unos días tanto en la casa como en el entorno tan agradable que la rodea. Cerca de zonas naturales para disfrutar y pueblos muy bonitos. Sin duda repetiremos.

Zeer vriendelijke en lieve hosts Inma en Jordi. Korte contactlijnen. We waren met ons gezin 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. De villa was zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. O.a. 3 badkamers en diverse chill en speelruimtes. Geweldig genoten van het zwembad de tuin en het strand. Boulevard, dorp Benicarló en Peniscola goed te voet bereikbaar. Veel bezienswaardigheden en vermaak in nabije omgeving. Openbaar vervoer voor de deur evenals tal van horeca voorzieningen. Vlak bij het vliegveld 30 min. Kortom ideale vakantie voor een grote familie. Ruimte en vermaak zat. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la zona es super tranquila, cerca del alojamiento hay un montón de restaurantes, supermercado, farmacia, la playa de las fuentes y unas rutas preciosas por la zona del faro. La casa es perfecta, tiene de todo para pasar unos días como en tu propia casa, está recién reformada y todo está a estrenar. Por poner una pequeña pega, en ocasiones y sobre todo cuando llovía, las tuberías del baño de la planta baja olían mal. A pesar de esto, nos ha encantado nuestra estancia y repetiríamos sin duda, recomendamos alojarse en casa de Scot.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. El piso es amplio y está muy bien equipado, no hemos echado nada en falta. La playa a un paso, ideal para ir andando con niños. El supermercado debajo de casa, muy cómodo. Gracias al aire acondicionado no hemos pasado calor. Pilar, muy amable y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido un placer.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!
